It's a clean, spacious and well decorated place. The communication with the owner was smooth and easy. Nice location with extremely easy access to the city center and supermarket. We enjoyed our stay here, really!

Everything was good! One miner thing to improve: no hand soap in the toilet and bathroom. The one in the kitchen was almost empty.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment located well for enjoying Mons, BE.

The location was outstanding. It was close to city center, including restaurants, shopping and groceries without being in a high noise zone. There was plenty of storage space within the apartment and very roomy for living.

All of the needed equipment (silverware, plates, glasses, pots and pans, etc.) was within the apartment but stored in less than obvious locations. A short guide to where things are located would be helpful.

There is no freezer compartment in the refridgerator so in hot weather ice was not possible As a travelling businessman a desk station is essential. There is room at the back of the living room to put a stylish small workstation , this would enhance the apartment for business travellers

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr brauchbar

Die Innenausstattung entspricht den Fotos. Die Wohnung ist hell durch die großen Fenster auf beiden Seiten. Das Zentrum von Mons ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist ruhig. Es gibt nur zwei bewohnte Appartements, die man über eine schmale Treppe oder einen engen Aufzug erreichen kann. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief problemlos und prompt. Man kann eine Garage gegen Gebühr hinzu mieten, was empfehlenswert ist, da es in der Straße keine längerfristigen Parkplätze gibt. Die Garage befindet sich 250 m entfernt. Ca. 100 m entfernt ist ein großer Supermarkt.

Die Straße ist sehr belebt und mit Kopfsteinpflaster belegt, was auch frühmorgens schon recht laut ist. Da hilft auch keine Doppelverglasung. Uns waren die Betten zu weich, was allerdings individuell empfunden werden kann. Den Balkon zur Straße hin, kann man nicht wirklich Balkon nennen, da recht schmal.
