Fun and enjoy on travel

Very Well equipped apartment for 4 adults. Lot of opportunities for having fun and enjoy life “on travel”. Including spa bath and sauna. Placed in the central part of the city - close to restaurants and super market. We stayed 1 night. Easy to park 100 metres from the apartment. Easy to get support from the host.

Minor details like lack of soap for the dishwasher. Furthermore the access at 3rd floor was not that convienient but doable.

Very bad experience

We booked this accommodation based on photos and good reviews, unfortunately the reality was different. When we arrived, we were surprised by the stench in the underpass before the entrance, there was an incredible amount of garbage, an incredible mess and dirt by the door (see photos). We passed through the main entrance, again in the hallway an incredible musty stench and the same stench was in the apartment. The apartment itself was well equipped and had everything that was in the description, but nothing worked, nothing at all. We only had ice water in the evening and only boiling water the next day, so we couldn't even wash ourselves. The apartment requires complete cleaning and repair.

One big disappointment

The games were nice but everything was a bit broken or damaged.

Everything next to the games. The beds were terrible and nothing was really clean. The shower in one of the rooms was broken, the door of the fridge and the draws were broken, if you use the shower next to the sauna the water comes threw the window on the floor in the livingroom. U can not use the oven and the sauna in the same time, because then the power turn completely out. We had that the first day and then nothing worked anymore. It's on the 3th floor and no elevator so with all your stuff u have to take 3 big stairs. Before the entrance it was dirty, smelled urine and the entrance was really old.

Not up to our expectations considering the price

The decoration and facilities. The location is very convenient.

The flat was dirty on arrival. Dust, smell of mould. Mould in the toilet and jacuzzi area. The couch was disgusting. The bedding needed changing. Things are falling appart. Health and safety issues with small kids. It needs better maintenance.

Le personnel répond vite au téléphone mais au final pas pour faire grand chose

L'état du logement sur photo tout a l'air top.quand nous sommes arrivés cela avait l'air propre.Mais tout est à restaurer! Des tâches sur le canapé, la balancelle immonde, le robinet qui fuit. La balneo inutilisable ...mais malgré toutes vos mésaventures pas un geste commercial on vous preleve même vos 2.50 pour un fanta...

La balnéo était sale. Le canapé présente beaucoup de taches de salissures. La chaise suspendu était cassé au niveau du plafond.

A fuir !!!

Sale, équipement qui tombent en lambeaux, canapé juste a jeter, aucune connexion internet !!! Nous avons attendu plus de 3h le service de nettoyage, qui n’es jamais venu du coup Reloger dans une autre chambre qui sentait l’humidité et la cigarette au service bien plus minime que la reservation initiale avec un prix beaucoup plus bas. Et en dédommagement on nous propose -15% sur une prochaine réservation !!!! Dommage que l’on ne puisse pas mettre plus de photos !

Un séjour agréable et atypique mais hygiène du jacuzzi.

Équipements de l'appartement. Atypique. Superbe ambiance. Tout fonctionnel. Un bon moment passé.

Les parties communes. On se demande où on arrive... Lhygiène du jacuzzi : affreux !!!! 1h30 à remplir (débit faible) pour y trouver des horribles résidus dégoûtants. On ne peut pas y mettre un pied dedans. Le point avait déjà été soulevé dans un ancien avis et vous deviez y remédier. .. Dernier point négatif : « canapé-lit » dans le descriptif ?Cest simplement un canapé classique. Qui ne se converti pas. Sauf erreur de ma part

La cadre est splendide L’appartement est très spacieux.

L’eau froide et non chaude difficile de se détendre dans la baignoire ou même de prendre une douche), le bouchon de la baignoire ne se fermait pas et nous avions une tache blanche sur le linge de lit (drap housse)
