Stayed for 4nights with my 20yrs daughter Everything about the apartment was great Good place to relax you will not get bored even if you spend the whole day indoors Jacuzzi Sauna Mini gym Cleanliness Bed was so comfy Pool table Projector like you are in the cinema big screen. I can see why the host ask for 500 euro deposit its high tech staff. Location is great 1min walk to train station Tram is right outside Nice Caffè around shopping mall lots of other shops. Near Belgium we took advantage and jumped to the train to Brussels for a day which was nice then we went for relaxation in the apartmen Can highly recommend

The code was abit dounting at for start but the host was so helpful First we asked the builder downstairs Who was soo helpful too Then the host took problem on board and issued us with an new code immediately which worked fine afterwards.

Not recommended for family with young children or for work and relax at the same time.

Close to train station with connection to Lille, a lot of restaurants in area, street parking available for no extra charge, walking distance from town centre and shopping areas. Has sauna and jacuzzi.

Apartment is located on a tram stop and it is noisy in the bedrooms from 5am until 23pm. The stairs are small, not well lit and not safe for young children. Internet is slow, no speed for gaming and working or watching movies online at the same time. Parkway is narrow and no SUV or big family car could go through. Not well maintained entrance, staircase, smell from the local restaurant coming from the toilet fan, shower battery not working well in one of the bedrooms and smell coming from the drainage in bathroom.

could not even get in, nobody were there, scary street, tried to call 3 times nobody answer, called theough booking.com but not possible. had to wait with my kids outside for an hours and left. waiting for refund.

Good but with some troubles

- Difficult to get into the apartment due to the use of codes/pin. Very unpersonal. - At night we found the out door closed with a chain and a locker. We had to call the police. After 2 hours at night on the street, finally the door was opened by other residents.

Super appartemment, quelques petits défauts

Propre, propose plusieurs équipements de bonne qualité. Il est assez bien isolé de la gare, des trams malgré sa proximité.

Porte d'entrée qui s'ouvre malgré qu'elle soit fermée a clé, tapis de course qui ne fonctionne pas, prévenu la veille, pas de parking inclus stationnement payant obligatoire quasiment, certains mode de la balnéo ne fonctionnent pas, comme certaines led du sauna et de la balnéo. Pour les douches, il faudrait enlevé le calcaire pour que cela coule mieux.

La proximité des commences, du centre ville et les différents équipements.

Un nettoyage fait part un manchot aveugle : la cuisine dégouline de gras, la salle de bains affiche fièrement ses traces de savon, accompagnées d’une généreuse distribution de cheveux et poils en bonus. Le jacuzzi ? Un festival d’objets flottants non identifiés, impossible à utiliser, d’autant qu’une fuite transforme le sol en piscine. Quant aux draps et rideaux, ils arborent des traces suspectes qu’on préfèrerait ne pas analyser de trop près. Étant donné le montant exorbitant de la caution et les avis laissés par les précédents locataires, mieux vaut publier un avis positif si vous espérez un jour revoir votre dépôt de garantie. Un chef-d'œuvre de manipulation à peine dissimulé..

Appartement jolie après niveau propriété lave vaisselle pas propre et balnéo à peine mis en route il a recracher plein de saleté. Et préciser sur les prochaines reservation que les gants de toilette ne sont pas fournis.

Déçus pour le prix malgré la « chaleur »de la capsule

La déco et l’agencement sont tops

On a eu du mal à trouver le fonctionnement de Netflix On a trouvé par nous même car il a fallu envoyer un mail et la réponse est arrivée à seulement plus de 20h alors que nous sommes arrivés vers 17h…. On paie quand même environ 340€ Le spa l’eau est beaucoup trop longue à couler donc pour un bain chaud c’est très compliqué Le volet électrique de notre chambre ne fonctionne pas Pas de gants pour le punching-ball L’eau chaude dans les douches à beaucoup de mal à venir Des trous de cigarettes sur le fauteuil Le ménage n’est pas assez de qualité On n’a pas testé le sauna On a préféré le climat dans la capsule arcade mais la deco de cette capsule mais ne relouerons plus car c’est beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité du service 😅

Attention à l’arnaque

Attention à vos réservations, il demande une caution assez élevé à la base. Deux jours après votre départ ils vous envoient un mail en vous disant que vous avez volé un câble de PS5 et vous déduise 50€ de votre caution. Voilà pourquoi le prix est attractif. Il se rattrape avec cette supercherie. En preuve les photos en pièces jointes, ils disent qu’ils vous remboursent et au final rien ne se passe

Mogelijkheden tot ontspanning maar locatie niet okay en appartement niet op orde

Op zich zou het een heerlijk appartement kunnen zijn waar je dagen in verblijft zonder de deur uit te hoeven maar wij wilden zsm de deur uit. Zijn ook een nacht eerder vertrokken omdat we ons er niet op ons gemak voelden.

De hygiëne was niet op orde! De entree van dit appartement stinkt en is ergens in een lugubere steeg. Het bubbelbad stonk, bedden waren niet schoon en sauna deur ging niet dicht. Ondanks alle faciliteiten en de ruimte zou ik hier niet meer naar toe gaan. Nadat we hebben aangegeven dat het appartement niet op orde was zijn er wel netjes schoonmakers geweest maar ook daarna was het niet top… helaas.
