When we arrived, the host came immediately. He was very kind. He gave us treats and a bottle of mineral water as a welcome gift. The apartment has two spacious rooms and a kitchen. From one room in the evening you can see Thessaloniki by night and the airport in Thessaloniki. The apartment was very clean, and I was most pleased with the bed for my son. The bed had very nice blankets and a pillow. The bed linen was also impeccable.

Great view from balkony of the sea. It's a bit rustic, very clean with everything you need. Sofia is very kind.

Amazing experience in a lovely property in a beautiful part of Greece!

We loved staying here. It’s a simple set up but that’s all we need. A balcony and a well equipped kitchen with everything you need. We loved sitting on the balcony, enjoying the views and watching the swallows swirling around in the early evening. The family are the perfect hosts - they were so friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for accessing the various nearby hiking trails. Easy access to the town which is charming with everything you need. There are a couple of grocery stores that are very close where the staff are really helpful.

Perfect for hikers

Simple appartment close to the path to Mt. Olympus. Very nice view to the countryside and sea from one of the bedrooms. Very helpful host. We were even able to leave some baggage in the property until our return from the multi-day hiking trip. Perfect for hikers.

Fantastic place for hikers who want a great view, full kitchen

We loved our stay here! There's a parking spot right in front and Sofia met us to let us in and give us advice about what to do in town. This is the perfect location for people who want to hike Mt. Olympus as there's a hiking trail that leads right from the mountain back to the apartment without having to go through town. The apartment has incredible views of the beach and sea, and I loved eating breakfast there in the morning! Plus the apartment had everything we needed, including a fridge, a stove, and shampoo. It was super calm and quiet. We'd recommend this to anyone coming through the area. Note: If you come by car, the route is very steep. It's about a 10 minute walk to the town center.

Beds aren't the comfiest we've ever experienced, but this is hardly a problem. The bathroom has a low ceiling, so it can be hard to shower if you are very tall.

Spacious apartment with a view

The apartment is very spacious. The balcony with view to the sea was amazing. We enjoyed drinking our tea/coffee there (morning and night). We highly appreciated the possibility to do an early checking.

The beds weren't comfortable. They are quite small and creaky. The mattresses are a bit too hard.

It was a horrible stay because we froze to death. We stayed here in the middle of April and the rooms were freezing when we got there, it was colder than outside and even so, at that time the weather wasn't that nice (max. 15 degrees). There was no central heating and in the apartment was only 1 portable heater which we turned on when we arrived, but that was not enough to heat the entire apartment. We contacted the host which was living next door, in the same building, and I couldn't get a more unapologetic reaction. From her very well heated apartment, she told me that we were unlucky with the weather and that it's usually much warmer. I asked her to give us a second heater so we can heat the second room as well and she managed to find a small heater that broke down every 20 min and had to be resuscitated continuously. When I knocked on her door the second time to tell her we couldn't use that heater, she didn't want to answer. None of us were able to sleep that night because of the cold and the noises produced by those portable heaters. We could barely use the kitchen and bathroom because they were uninhabitable because of the low temperature.

The apartment was spacious and comfy. The host greeted us on arrival. It got chilly at night and there were many additional blankets and a space heater too. There is a balcony with a lovely view of the mountain.

Cute apartment with a warm welcome

Easy to find and convenient to town. Sophia’s honey cakes were a very nice treat when we arrived. The birds zooming through the courtyard were really fun to watch and the beds were very comfortable.

The only thing bad is that there was no WiFi. Fortunately, I had an international calling and data plan otherwise this would have been inconvenient for navigation and general internet work.

The bath is extremely narrow and the plastic curtains are sticking to your body. No mosquito nets, neither A/C. Everything is a bit old.

L'emplacement était tranquille, avec vue sur la mer d'une chambre. L'autre chambre avait vue sur la cour intérieur, arborée. Par contre, c'est un peu éloigné des commerces principaux; il faut marcher plusieurs minutes pour atteindre la plupart.

L'hôte envoie des textos en Grec; mieux vaut avoir accès à GoogleTranslate or DeepLtranslate si vous ne lisez pas le Grec! Contrairement à ce que j'espérais, aucun sentier vers le parc national ne débute près de ce bâtiment; il faut aller plus loin, vers le canyon. Du coup, il y a un hôtel plus proche, mais j'imagine que ça coûtera un peu plus cher et que ça sera petit, sans possibilité de cuisiner.

sehr unruhige Nächte durch viele Hunde rund um das Haus. Die Balkone sind viel schmaler, als auf den Bildern erkennbar.

Wenn man ein Appartement bucht, dann aber draufzahlt, weil man NUR zu zweit anreist und beide Schlafzimmer nutzen möchte. entweder man bucht ein Appartement oder einzelne Zimmer, oder?
