Giannis was an exceptional host. Friendly and very responsive. All towels were refreshed immediately upon request - and really anything requested was addressed promptly. The bathroom was very spacious which was appreciated when traveling with a teenage girl. Having AC units in the bedrooms ensured a very comfortable experience

The only thing which may make the property even more excellent would be some sort of loveseat/small seating area in living space instead of just the dining chairs. This is a minor detail. Booking.com should allow for a way to text with host vice just email/phone. We eventually worked out on our own but would help website.

This is a wonderful apartment with a fantastic location and wonderful host who is very helpful.

We had a parking spot right in front of our unit. The apartment was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host Ioannis met us at the apartment and spent quite some time with us, providing recommendations on hikes and places to visit. He was very concerned with our safety in terms of hiking and we were very appreciative for all his help. The town of Litochoro was very charming. We would definitely return again and stay at this property.

The property was great in every sense. The location was wonderful. The view was beautiful. The apartment was very modern and clean. The beds were comfy, the coffee machine was great and there was a washing machine. Overall my entire family enjoyed it!

Very nice place.

Very friendly owners, all communication in a good respectful manner. My little problem with the door lock, was sorted in notime. Apartment is very clean and has everything you need, especially if you're planning to hike or go in to the mountains.

Balcony and the front door is looking to the road nearby. But there is roller blinds on the front door if you prefer some more privacy.

I highly recommend the Veranda guest house for your upcoming stay. The location is simply perfect - situated just a short 3-5 minute walk from the center of town, you'll have easy access to all the shops and restaurants you could want. Plus, with breathtaking sea views from the terrace, you'll feel truly connected to nature and able to unwind in complete tranquility. But that's not all - if you're looking to explore the beautiful Olympus Natural reserve, you're in luck. The apartment is located right on the E4 path, which will take you straight through the park. In fact, the entrance to the reserve is just a short 5-8 minute walk away. Inside the apartment, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It's spotlessly clean and wonderfully cozy - you'll feel right at home from the moment you step inside. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, and the bed and blankets are incredibly comfortable. Our host John was always available to offer assistance and make sure our stay was perfect. Overall, I can't recommend Veranda guest house enough - it's a true gem in the heart of town, with incredible views, easy access to nature, and all the comforts of home. Thank you, John, for a truly wonderful stay.

There is nothing to mention.. everything was as it should be.

There were everything you need for an easy and comfortable stay. Close to city center, however with beautiful view to Enipeas and Olympus mount. Very spacious rooms with parking just outside the building. Very quiet. We will visit it again.

A cracking flat which I recommend highly if staying in this area

This is a great flat to use as a base when exploring the Olympus National Park. It had all the things I look for in a property - easy car parking in front of the property, close to restaurants, a kettle, a toaster, a large fridge, a shower that actually works well, lots of towels and a large terrace which was in the shade all day! Nice touches with disinfectant wipes and sanitiser as well. Thank you, we had a great stay in this property. The feral cats weren't bad either once we made friends with them.....

On a personal note the bed was a bit hard for my personal taste but do not let that put you off.

Schöne Tage am Fuße des Olymp

Die große Terrasse die gut beschattet ist war super für unsere Mahlzeiten. Der Tisch und die Stühle sehr angenehm mit genügend Platz. Der Blick von der Terrasse geht weit bis zum Meer runter und im Dunkeln erkennt man in der Ferne Thessaloniki. In den Betten hatten wir einen wunderbaren Schlaf. Die Wohnung es war supersauber. Hätten wir die Waschmaschine benötigt, es wäre auch Waschmittel da gewesen. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr hell, was aber für ein angenehmes Raumklima bei hohen Außentemperatur sorgt. Die Klimaanlage konnten wir auch nachts benutzen, da es weder zog noch sie laut war. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und in 5 Minuten fußläufig das Zentrum entfernt.

Die Kochgelegenheit und die Kochutensilien waren nicht wirklich zum Kochen ausgelegt.

De gastheer is heel aardig. Het appartement is schoon en ruim en rustig gelegen op 400 mtr vh centrum. Mooi en groot balkon, altijd schaduw.

De inrichting is met goedkope spullen (stoelen, pannen, toilet, douche) en daardoor niet zo comfortabel. De keuken is heel klein, oke voor het bakken van een ei maar macaroni maken is al een uitdaging. De foto vd douche klopt niet: gordijn ipv glazen wand. De foto vh bed klopt niet. Geen boxspring maar een houten bed.

Litochoro is een geweldig leuk plaatsje. Vanuit het huis kun je makkelijk even het centrum in.

Het terras met uitzicht op zee! Een heerlijke plek om buiten te zitten. We hebben er heerlijk ontbeten en besloten om 's avonds ook lekker daar te zitten (en dus zelf te koken). De airco's en grote badkamer maakten het verblijf heel prettig.

Mooi verblijf op een prachtige plek.

Mooi appartement met comfortabele bedden, ruime badkamer met een goede douche en een groot terras met uitzicht over Litóchoro. De omgeving is prachtig en je kan hier genieten van een goede nachtrust. De host Ioannis is super vriendelijk en altijd bereid om te helpen en het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Wij boekten last minute en alles was perfect voorbereid. We bevelen dit verblijf dan ook aan en willen zeker nog een keer langer blijven.

De keuken is redelijk beperkt om te koken maar er zijn genoeg restaurants in de buurt waar je goed kan eten.

Prachtig gelegen, met uitzicht. Fijne grote badkamer. Goede bedden. Keurig schoon. Vriendelijke gastheer! We werden hartelijk ontvangen en kregen direct tips voor ons verblijf. Op al onze vragen werd geduldig gereageerd. Het appartement zag er heel netjes en gezellig uit. We hadden alles wat nodig was. Wij zouden dit zeker aanbevelen!
