Immediately when entering through the front doors, the view of the swimming pool and lake behind it will take your breath away. This property feels like a cruise ship! Water views from all the bedrooms, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms featuring a TV in each, upgraded kitchen, cabinets & appliances, very tastefully and comfortably furnished. The bedrooms feature 2 king and 2 queen size beds.
Whether from the sun-flooded sun room with large windows on three sides or from the electrically heated swimming pool, you can't escape the full views of Mohave Lake. The concrete dock is perfect for lounging, sun bathing or fishing. Central, yet quiet neighborhood, located on a cul-de-sac street with 90 degree water views. The central Cape Coral location is with minutes to dining, shopping, and entertainment.

We absolutely loved our 2 and a half week stay here. The property is exactly as described and looks the same as in the pictures. It feels really homely and we felt very safe. The air-con stopped working on our last day and they sent someone round to fix it within half an hour of reporting it. We would 100% stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this VRBO! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered—from the cozy linens to the relaxing atmosphere—it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was peaceful yet convenient, with everything we needed just a short drive away. The host was kind, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.The only thing we’d note is that the kitchen wasn’t stocked with basics like trash bags, dish tabs, or food storage items, so we had to run out for those right away. Not a dealbreaker at all, but something to be aware of when planning your stay.

The house was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked(actually better than any VRBO I have ever stayed in). Very relaxing and beautiful views from the sun deck.
