About this villa rental
This property is hotel zoned, and not being affected by the recent proposed legislation.
Located in highly desirable secluded area of neighborhood your villa welcomes you with spacious floor plan and sweeping ocean views. Marvel at the beautiful Maui sunsets from your private lanai! Enjoy indoor/outdoor dinning with
modern gourmet kitchen and Wolf gas grill. Relax in your open and inviting living area. With direct access to private lower lanai from your primary Suite, drift off to sleep with the soothing sound of the Pacific Ocean.
The primary Bedroom is located on the lower level and features a King Bed, large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, walk in shower, dual vanity sinks and a walk in closet! Enjoy your own private ground floor, ocean view, outdoor lanai with lounge chairs! The second primary Bedroom is also located downstairs with a King Bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The top floor features a guest bedroom with 2 full beds and private ensuite bathroom. The main living area also offers a half bathroom for guests to use.
This two story town home also features central air conditioning throughout, a full sized washer and dryer, private garage, covered car port across the driveway for a second vehicle, beach chairs and beach towels to use at the beach or at the property pool!
Ho'olei property features a stunning pool with a waterfall, grotto, sandy beach area for children, and two jacuzzis to enjoy. Feel free to take the beach towels provided in your unit down to the pool to use! There is a fitness center to use next to the pool area, and a covered kitchen pavilion. Poolside massages are also available! This is a gated community with 24 hour security available.
Beach access is located directly across the street through the adjacent resort. You are able to dine at any of the resort's restaurants, as well as set up spa appointments, but please note that pool access at the adjacent resort is not included with your reservation at this Ho'olei villa.

Villa was beautiful and had incredible sunset views! We were very happy with how clean everything was and how stocked the kitchen was with spices and appliances. It was also great having beach chairs and umbrellas to make our beach days more enjoyable! Overall would definitely recommend!

Yes, overall we really loved it. The second bedroom and the lower level really didn't have any place to store our clothes or even easily unpack our suitcases. And it would be nice to have a few more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and also possibly handicap bar. But we loved everything and so did our family we checked out at our left at 9:45.

Upon entering that stunning villa with Hawaiian music playing…. The sheer opulence of it all was breathtaking…. Tears came to my eyes …. Meticulously cared for by all staff for sure . Couldn’t have picked a more stunning place to stay.! Thank you’

Property is nice. Negatives are going the entire week with no cleaning. Ridiculous for the cost. Don’t recall getting that information. Friends paid less than us at another property and got cleaned twice. We had problems with key cards working. This was fixed quickly. Also, you have access to pool but not to towels. Have to bring your own everyday. Would stay at Hoolei again but not this property.
