The top-floor features a beautifully designed living area with sophisticated furnishings, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with a breakfast bar and top-of-the-line appliances, a flat-screen television, and Wi-Fi throughout. You'll also enjoy your own pool table for hours of entertainment!
This villa is crafted for indoor-outdoor living, with stackable sliding glass doors that open to a private lanai. Savor alfresco dining, cool tropical breezes, breathtaking ocean views, a large outdoor gas grill, and a mini fridge. Indulge in your favorite cocktails as you soak in the beauty of Maui.
The primary bedroom is located on the lower level, offering a king bed, a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, dual vanity sinks, and a walk-in closet. Step out onto your private ground-floor lanai with lounge chairs and ocean views! The second primary bedroom, also on the lower level, includes a king bed and a full ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, a guest bedroom provides two full beds with a private ensuite bathroom, and a powder room is conveniently located in the main living area.
This two-story townhome is equipped with central air conditioning, a full-sized washer and dryer, a private garage, and a covered carport for an additional vehicle. Please note that there is no elevator available for guest use in this home, so be prepared for stairs.
Beach chairs and towels are provided for your trips to the beach or the property’s pool.
The Ho'olei property features a stunning pool area with a waterfall, grotto, sandy beach section for children, and two jacuzzies. Guests should use the beach towels provided in the villa at the pool. The property also includes a fitness center and a covered kitchen pavilion near the pool area. For added relaxation, poolside massages are available. This gated community offers 24-hour security for your peace of mind.
Beach access is located just across the street through the adjacent resort. While you can dine at the resort's restaurants and schedule spa appointments, please note that pool access at the resort is not included with your reservation at this Ho'olei villa.

Aloha! When we booked this stay, we were hoping for a nice place for our family of six to spend a week in Maui. What we arrived to TOTALLY EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!!!From the second we walked in, we felt at peace and at home.The location in Wailea was incredible. Just a short walk down the hill to Wailea beach and the house provided beach chairs and umbrellas, which was great. And the resort-like pool area was very relaxing.The bedrooms were large and clean, with super nice en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen was a great central location to hang out. And don't get me started on the two lanais, one off the two downstairs bedrooms (more private) and the huge one upstairs off the kitchen with a full dining setup, a BBQ and a seating area which became where we spent the majority of our time.Oh, and my son used his spare time to learn how to play pool on the pool table. Future shark on our hands!The communication with the host was INCREDIBLE, before, during and after the visit.We will definitely look to return. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing property that was tastefully furnished and decorated. It was well stocked with all a family would need for a vacation in Maui. Close to the beaches, close to restaurants and stores, large and fun pool area in Condo complex, beautiful landscaping and neighborhood layout. My wife and I were so happy and thankful we stayed here, it made our experience so much better. Add to that the wonderful CB management and support experience/team and as we were driving to the airport after our 7 day stay, my Wife said we were coming back soon - and certainly to the same place. Wonderful place, wonderful location, wonderful renting experience.

Beautiful & spacious! Comfy and stylish furnishings, well stocked too! The perfect place to stay with family and friends. The property is centrally located to great beaches, restaurants and shopping. If you have kids or are a pool-side type vacationer, this is your place!
