The Penthouse # 7 includes 2 bedrooms and custom spa bath, king bed in master, queen in 2nd bedroom. Large kitchen, leather sleeper sofa, full dinning table with plenty of seating, great view with 30 feet of glass with beach and downtown view. Great people watching perch. This spacious suite is the perfect place to kick back after a long day at the beach and fun in the sun. Large shower, double sink vanity in master bedroom and Living room, 200+- steps to beach and downtown fun, with the exciting night life or peaceful solitude. Restaurants, bars, ice cream shoppes, pet shops, fishing pier, or the town pavilion to just people watch to experience the local vibe, very touristy, outdoor music is on display nightly. Stay once and you will be hooked as a regular.

Roomy enough for our family of 4 adults. Location was excellent - near many restaurants. The primary bedroom was big and plenty of room in the closet. The smaller bedroom closet was pretty full of things including extra bedding and beach stuff. The small porch with chairs was a good place to sit and enjoy the view of palm trees. Nice big common room with good layout, large TV, comfortable furniture and large table for eating. Large windows on 2 sides of common room. Wayne was very responsive to a couple simple things we needed like a light bulb.

This was our second stay here. The apartment was clean and well-managed, just as the last time. Everything we needed was there for us. Would definitely recommend it, and would stay there again.

Wayne was very attentive to our needs .He took very good care of us . On the minus side, attention is needed in cleaning and maintenance. Good location to beach and restaurants.
