Well-placed, quiet and tasteful apartment
Brilliant location in a quiet street, 10 minutes from the beach in one direction and shops in the other. A spacious, well laid out apartment on the ground floor, with two separate bedrooms, a storage room and a large kitchen-diner with doors opening onto a large balcony with an outdoor table. The kitchen contained everything we could need. Free parking is available in the underground carpark. Excellent shower.
While not a problem, it is worth noting the property only accepts payment via bank transfer rather than through Booking.com. I contacted the company who manage the booking in Germany and they helped me when I had questions.

In Ordnung.
Pluspunkte: Tiefgaragenstellplatz, 10min zu Fuß zum Strand, große Unterkunft, auch der Balkon. Wenn man draußen sitzt (Garnitur vorhanden), kann man das Meer hören. Küche gut ausgestattet und angenehm groß. Fernseher und WLAN vorhanden.
Obwohl beworben als kindgeeignet: Fehlende Kinderausstattung (kein Toilettensitz, kein Hocker zum Erreichen der Toilette/des Waschbeckens, kein Kinderbesteck usw.), im Kinderzimmer nur 2 Steckdosen, davon 1 belegt und keine Verteilerdosen vorhanden. Das Rollo dort stürzte 2x, weil Halterung altersschwach. Bad ohne Fenster, Lüftung roch teils unangenehm. Dusche/Fliesen mit Stockflecken. Blick vom Balkon auf einen Parkplatz.
