About this house rental
The just completely modernized and lovingly furnished holiday home offers plenty of space for 8 people on about 110 sqm and is located on a private plot (about 800 sqm) in the second row to the Baltic Sea. It has 2 floors. The ground floor has a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area and a hallway and a terrace. Upstairs overlooking the Baltic Sea are the lounge-like living room with huge windows and fireplace and a large roof terrace. Wi-Fi is available in the entire house free of charge. The living room has a TV with DVD player and a CD player with radio. Another TV and DVD player are in the largest bedroom with double bed. In another bedroom is also a double bed, the third bedroom is equipped with a triple bed (bunk bed with double bed downstairs and single bed upstairs), in the fourth bedroom there is a fold-out sofa bed with spring core. The modern kitchen is equipped with side by side fridge with water and ice cube dispenser, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee and espresso machine and kettle. The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin or a double vanity in the larger bathroom. In the hall there is a washing machine available for use. The house is fully heated by a gas heating / partial floor heating and can be used all year round. On the covered terrace on the ground floor and on the roof terrace are garden furniture and a barbecue. The holiday home has four parking spaces on a closed plot. In the shed are a wagon and various beach equipment and sand toys. Extras for the children: highchair, cot, toilet seat, toys and books as well as a swing in the garden and a table tennis table in the shed.
