Cottage located at the rear of 12 Flaxman Street, Warrnambool, Victoria.
Short walk to Hopkins River, Fletcher Jones Gardens, Warrnambool Wombat street art.
2km from City Centre cafés and shops, 2.3 km to gateway shopping Centre, 1.5 km to the Warrnambool racecourse .
Upstairs:
Two upstairs bedrooms, each has a private bathroom featuring a large shower. Lockable doors to bedrooms.
One queen bed in each room, bedroom chair and space to put suitcases and luggage. Maximum 4 Adult guests, not suitable for young children due to stairs.
Reverse cycle air conditioner/heater.
Linen and towels provided, hairdryer.
Downstairs : open and bright space.
Kitchen: Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and oven.
Basic pantry items, along with coffee, tea and coffee pods etc.
Dining area:
Table and chairs, quaint kitchen dresser.
Lounge room:
TV, couches, coffee table.
Laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
Off street parking for up to 2 vehicles, private courtyard.

The property was in immaculate condition. The hosts were welcoming and provided fantastic breakfast provisions. The garden setting was stunning and being able to access all of the host's garden was a real treat.

Delightful double story cottage nestled among potted flowers, pretty garden and trees. Host provided all information needed and the cottage has been beautifully furnished. Close to beach walk with cafes.
