Didn’t appear as though anyone had been in the place for a while. Cobwebs and a huge spider in the kitchen. Plug in air fresheners in all the rooms made a flowery smell overwhelming. The air conditioners worked, but made odd sounds often throughout the night. Location was great. Parking was great. Ample space. It was sufficient to our needs.

We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the proximity to the beach and many restaurants. Also enjoyed the Farmers' Market nearby.

Place was good for my family of 3 who stayed on the go for much of our trip, but needed a clean place to rest our heads at night.
Bed was comfy.
Towels were fluffy - just wish we had a washcloths.
Great to have washing machine and dryer.
Appreciated the outside seating area. Didn’t really want to be inside too much since there was limited sunshine and no good views.
Was able to walk to multiple eating spots and the beach.
