Executive Duplex Pacific Beach w/AC

The hosts are amazing. We arrived early and they accommodated an early check-in. The place is literally walking distance to the boardwalk and pier, with many restaurants, shops, and coffee houses. There is air conditioning in EVERY room. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities and does have glass wine glasses. A must for me. Toiletries even had sunburn aloe for your use. Most 2 bedrooms only have one bath, this had TWO. So nice. And a parking place is a game changer. If your rental doesn’t provide a parking place, plan on taking at least an hour to find one. I hate to tell everyone how great this place was since I definitely want to rent again when in the area and due to its location, amenities, and response from the hosts I may not be able too. You definitely need to check this one out. Another plus for me was No Pets as I am very allergic to pet dander. Best place I’ve rented so far on VRBO.

This! This was the perfect spot for a quick weekend reset with my bestie.Clean and well stocked 2bed-2bath. Both bedrooms had queen size beds. Independent air conditioning. Smart TVs in each room. Both bathrooms equipped with shampoo and conditioner, and body wash should you choose to not pack them. Washer and dryer with laundry detergent! Beach amenities and a portable baby play pen/crib. The kitchen is on the narrower side, but it’s fully equipped if you plan to cook. We didn’t — and honestly, you probably won’t either because of the location.Let’s talk about the location — it’s everything. You’re just a short walk to coffee, breakfast, main bites, groceries, and the beach. Super convenient and perfect for a laidback getaway.And the greatest perk — assigned parking!!! No need to loop around the block or two to find parking. Winning!Check in and check out was easy. And I’m not sure if this was intentional, but I appreciated the code being something I could easily remember. Overall, this place checked all the boxes — clean, convenient, comfortable, and easy.Definitely adding this property to my “Would definitely return to” spots.

Very convenient location near Crystal Pierce and little shops, coffee, dessert and eateries. Fun beach vibe and also close to our destination attractions this trip (Sea Wirld, Balboa Park and Little Italy) We have family to visit and had a nice place to retreat to when we all went in different directions. So fun and memorable!

From the designated parking spot in the back of the unit, there’s a locked gate you must go through. We had a lot of difficulty getting this gate opened Plus, we needed a flashlight to see the code This was frustrating from the beginning after a 6 hr drive and with a cranky 2 year old who who we had already taken out of the car. We finally did get it open While watching television in a room that has a common wall, someone knocked on the bedroom window and told us to turn the tv volumeDown. It wasn’t very loud whatsoever. We are.courteous people. But that was very annoying and had us paranoid about the tv for the next three nights we still had to stay there!!!! The air conditioning unit woke us up in the middle of the night !! It was making loud rattling sounds and at first, we thought it was the neighbor again ! We thought we were just a block from the ocean but we weren’t. We. Couldn’t see the ocean from any nearby block. Oh, and super negative is that the water in the shower took 15 minutes to get warm. We won’t stay here again Oh, and on our 2nd night there, someone was parked in our designated parking spot!! Super bummer
