Wonderful location. Clean and bright. Property very responsive when our code wasn't right to get in to the room.
The pillows are terrible . Flat . Hard . Please upgrade . Noise travels - lots of banging doirs and music through the emergency door in the kitchen. But the AC drowned it out at night !

Location, and how cooperative the staff is. They are available 24/7. Will definitely choose them again if I have to visit Boston.
We just had some problem with the comforter, but the staff resolved it :)

Great location, very comfortable room, there is a big supermarket near for grocery shopping. Room was clean and tidy and everything is precisely as described.
Bathroom is too small and tight. Television didn't have any apps, but there are some cable channels to watch.
