Location is fantastic for back bay, close to the T Apartments are clean, comfortable and well thought out Highly recommend.

Walking down the street to the Brownstone was gorgeous. The street had a "classic movie Boston" feel. The text instructions to the location, entry, wifi, hours, and local tips was next level. They also texted us parking instructions. The garage is very convenient -just a short walk from the property ~$25 a day. The communication was very easy and prompt through texting. We stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was perfect for our party of 3. The kitchen, living room/dining room were more than adequate for our night. It was clean and comfortable. We were attending a concert at Fenway Park and it was a 15 minute walk to the park. We ate on the way to the park and had coffee in the morning at one or 3 local coffee shops. Whole Foods grocery is a 3 minute walk for the property. Highly recommend this property for its classic Boston ambiance and convenience to the Back Bay Area.

Cozy accommodations. Great location within minutes of subway station. Quiet

Within 30 minutes of walking in the accommodations, the bottom of my white socks were black. Clearly the floor had not been mopped prior to our arrival. The fitted sheet on the queen size mattress was put on sideways. The entire top left corner of the mattress exposed. We had to completely remake the bed
