This beautiful five-bedroom home is located at the entrance of the famous Perkins Cove in Ogunquit, surrounded by boutique shops, cafés, restaurants, and art galleries.
Built just after the turn of the century and meticulously maintained, the home blends classic Maine charm with all the modern comforts of today.
The house features five spacious bedrooms, three full and one half baths, a dining room, family room, and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The updated kitchen includes modern stainless-steel appliances, and there’s also a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Outside, you’ll find a large yard perfect for kids and adults to play, along with a pool area ideal for relaxing afternoons.

The entire property consists of three separate units — the Main House (this listing), and the Carriage House, which includes a two-bedroom apartment and a studio. Guests booking this property are reserving the Main House only, which sleeps up to 10 people. The apartment and studio are located in a separate building across the parking area and can be rented separately.
With the beach nearby and so much to enjoy around town, guests often spend their days exploring Ogunquit and the surrounding area.

Spent 5 days in Ogunquit and absolutely loved this space. Easy to walk everywhere, quiet, but also right in the middle of everything. Stayed with 5 adult and 2 kids and the house was the perfect space for our trip. We would absolutely stay again!

We had a great week in Ogunquit with a large group of extended family. The house was very conveniently located to get to the harbor in Perkins cove and the start of the marginal way, and only about 15 minutes to walk into town. There is a large living room with plenty of seating and a family room as well. Kitchen has everything you need if you want to make meals at home and there is a gas grill. The pool was really fun for the teenage members of our group and it was surprisingly private considering it is right on shore drive. There was quite a bit of noise from trucks early in the morning which can be blocked out by running the air conditioners.

This lovely, clean, large house served as our ‘Home Sweet Home’ for our family of nine for a week in early September. Plenty of space to accommodate our family. The two living room areas served us well. The pool is a lovely extra, even if too chilly to get into, it added a nice touch to relax by with the kids playing and adults enjoying a glass of wine. ;). Plenty of beach toys available were available , one less thing we had to pack. We loved the proximity to ‘That Place’ restaurant- literally next door! Fabulous food and drinks. Looking forward to booking this home again for our family.
