About this house rental
This year round beach house is located in beautiful Ogunquit, Maine in the Footbridge Beach neighborhood. The house has all beach necessities such as beach chairs, boogey boards, umbrellas, etc. making life easy with a 5 minute walk to the beach.
This 3,000 sq. ft. house was built in 2004 and includes all the amenities you could need, such as a modern kitchen and in-law suite located downstairs. The house comfortably sleeps 11 guests and has parking for up to 4 cars.
My family and I have been vacationing in Ogunquit since 2006 and have fallen in love with the beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, and neighborly people. We now use this property primarily as a rental property but still reside in town, which makes me available for any questions or concerns you may have.

Beach at walking distance. Buggy et beach chairs on site. We had a problem with the A/C. The owner was rapid to resolve the problem. Thank you Mr Joe !

Our stay at Joe’s property was amazing!! Our group was there for a girls weekend and the house had everything we could possibly need. 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, plus another bedroom/apartment area in the basement. Everyone had their own space. The house came stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We did bring our own equipment but if we do stay at this house again (which we hope to in the future!) we would leave our’s behind to lighten the packing load. The house is a 5 minute walk from Footbridge Beach in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. It is also a 2 minute walk to some of the restaurants right on Route 1. I have been going to Ogunquit for 30 years and have never found a rental in this desirable of a location that was this large, clean, updated, etc. thank you Joe for everything!! We will be renting again in the future!

Very clean and spacious home in an ideal location. Owner was very accommodating and communication was always prompt. Great outdoor space, more than enough living space for all guests that stayed throughout the weekend. We look forward to staying again next year!
