About this house rental
This year round beach house is located in beautiful Ogunquit, Maine in the Footbridge Beach neighborhood. The house has all beach necessities such as beach chairs, boogey boards, umbrellas, etc. making life easy with a 5 minute walk to the beach.
This 3,000 sq. ft. house was built in 2004 and includes all the amenities you could need, such as a modern kitchen and in-law suite located downstairs. The house comfortably sleeps 11 guests and has parking for up to 4 cars.
My family and I have been vacationing in Ogunquit since 2006 and have fallen in love with the beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, and neighborly people. We now use this property primarily as a rental property but still reside in town, which makes me available for any questions or concerns you may have.

GREAT house to stay in! We had 7 adults and 2 children and this house was perfect…enough room and space for everyone. Having 4 full bathrooms was awesome too! Joe was very responsive to texts and responded quickly when the AC wasn’t working when we arrived. He also got a new grill for the house while we were there because he heard from a previous guest that the grill wasn’t working well. He was very nice and also has a great dog Bailey! We will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend to any other families!!

Beach at walking distance. Buggy et beach chairs on site. We had a problem with the A/C. The owner was rapid to resolve the problem. Thank you Mr Joe !

Very clean and spacious home in an ideal location. Owner was very accommodating and communication was always prompt. Great outdoor space, more than enough living space for all guests that stayed throughout the weekend. We look forward to staying again next year!
