Una vuelta al mantenimiento de la casa , el sofá hay que cambiarlo y alguna luz en el techo tb , aunque hay aire acondicionado tb pondría unos ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones

The house was very well - situated and comfortable. Looking out over the bay I could have sat on the terrace for hours watching the goings on. The air conditioning worked wonderfully in the hot weather. The beds were extremely comfortable too and the area was surprisingly peaceful and quiet

The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning and were by far the best part of our stay. The location is also very good, close to the beach and the town centre. The apartment was well equipped with kitchen utensils, and when we reported an issue, the host responded quickly and provided clean bed linen straight away.

The main issue was the access to the apartment. There are a very large number of steep stairs, which made the stay difficult because we were travelling with elderly parents. Carrying luggage up and down at the beginning and end of the stay was especially challenging. We believe this should be stated much more clearly in the property description, as we only realised the extent of the stairs after booking and initially thought the photo referred to the beach access rather than the apartment itself. The apartment also needed a deeper clean, as there was noticeable dust and fluff under the furniture. The sound insulation was poor and we could clearly hear the neighbours talking, coughing, children and people arriving late at night, which affected our sleep. We also had a safety incident in the bedroom with the single beds: a shelf came away from the wall when my young son placed an item on it. Thankfully no one was hurt, but it should be checked and secured properly.
