About this house rental

Welcome to Carbondale, Co. One of the top 10 places to live. We have a beautiful warm and cozy 3 Bdr 2 1/2 bath home and a fabulous view of Mt. Sopris. Mature gardens, hot tub, large kitchen fully stocked, BBQ, TV, Internet, Amazon Prime, Netflix. We are centrally located, only a mile to downtown. We love people interested in the environment and are sustainable as we recycle, reuse and re purpose. Accessible to just about everything, downtown, movies, market within walking distance , 3 bikes available but not for bike trips just cruising. Pretty much a great home with a warm lived in feeling. Pets considered. Apt semi-attached but private and quiet. 420 friendly

Kat's home is spacious, warm, inviting, and comfortable. The location was excellent for us, close to the grocery store, a park and playground, and easy bike ride or walk to Mountain Fair! The gorgeous yard, garden, and flower beds were a bonus! Thank you Kat for ypur beautiful home, and being a great resource on the area as well!

Spent 13 days in Carbondale at this special house. Everything you need for your stay. Awesome kitchen with great supplies, seasonings, pots and dishes. Beautiful landscaping, and zen feeling to the garden and patio. Hosts are so attentive and helpful.

Overall the stay was pleasant. I didn't read the reviews so I didn't know the owners were on the property. At one point, he came in to get something from under the sink (my employee said he could come in). I just didn't have the privacy I was looking for
