Luxury DIRECT Oceanfront Michelina condo w/Resort style amenities. Minimum one month rental required per the Condo Association in condos purchased prior to 2019 (us). Rentals are 1st thru 30th, no months can be split. We choose to only rent the month of December OR April as stand alone months in the "Winter Rental Season" (December - April). Longer rentals are welcomed and the rates can be negotiated for 6 months or more.
Beautiful, recently furnished 2008 Square Ft. Condo with 3 Bedroom (2 carpeted), 3 Bath, Dining Room and more. Imported hardwood flooring with 8x10 area rugs in living room, dining room and kitchen-dining areas. 40-unit Condominium was built in 2006. Impact resistant large double sliding doors give access to Ocean Front Balcony Patio from Living Room or Master Bedroom (+Hurricane Shutters). Kitchen has Breakfast Bar w/3 Stools and 6-seat Kitchenette Dining. Separate Dining Room with seating for 8. Ceiling Fan/Lighting in Living Room and all bedrooms (new fan in MB). Open Floor Plan smartly designed with ample closets. Spacious Laundry Room with fabulous new large-load Whirlpool top loading washer & front load dryer (No housekeeping services provided during your stay, but I can give you a name of the woman who cleans our DIL's house, if interested.). The Living Room & Master Bedroom have Ocean View sliding doors onto the 4th floor balcony. (See Pictures!)
Panoramic ocean views of the beach/ocean from the large 4th floor balcony. Tenants receive a parking pass and a 1-car assigned parking space in the enclosed garage & 1 unassigned gated-outdoor parking space. Michelina has resort style amenities w/minimal Rec room exercise equipment/bathroom/kitchen, Sauna, Pool and a hot tub. Outdoor Community Grill & Firepit. Walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon's, various shops and restaurants. Come experience luxury ocean living! Cocoa Beach re-nourishment was completed in 2020. Low tide is best for walking!
Monthly rentals in December - April (Winter Rates Apply), Summer/Fall months of May - November (Assorted Daily Rates - See Schedule). See Calendar for availability!
ADDITIONALLY:
-A Lease is required by Owner - separate from VRBO - by all Tenants/Renters.
-The Michelina Condominium HOA requires the following to be mailed by the Owner
to Vesta Property Managers, a minimum of 30 days before the Tenant's arrival the
following: (1) a Renter's Registration (SS# Required) Form completed, (2) the
Tenant's Vehicle(s) tag(s) numbers & Driver's License #'s are Required for Parking
passes & (3) a signed Michelina Rules & Regulations Acknowledgement Form to be
completed & signed for the safety of our Renters and the Michelina Community.
-A Refundable (if no damages) Security Deposit is collected by Owner at check-in.
-Long-term Renters of 2 months or more are required to pay their own Electricity via
FPL Statements for duration of their Lease as part of the Rental Expense outlined in
the Lease.

Michelina is a beautiful, safe and well-maintained property and Bob and Judy's condo has it all! It's decorated and arranged so well. They hosts have gone out of their way to ensure that you have everything you could possibility need for a long-term stay. Judy told me that when I was in the kitchen I could look through the balcony and see the ocean. I am a cook and I sure enjoyed preparing Thanksgiving and Christmas meals with that view. God willing and our blessings continue, we will be back next year. Thanks again for a great six weeks on the Space Coast! Garvin, Susan and Olivia.

The condo was just beautiful and the views from the balcony were lovely. We saw several space launches during our stay which we could see perfectly right from the balcony. That was an amazing experience!! The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was readily available to answer any questions and share her local favorites with us as this was our first time in Cocoa Beach.

Loved it!! My husband and I couldn’t have enjoyed our visit more. The property, location and the condo unit itself was just amazing. It was like coming home. Everything that you could possibly want except your food was provided. CLEAN, comfortable and the owner is wonderful to work with. Residents were very ‘neighborly’. Direct oceanfront, well maintained property. Close to everything. 3 queen bedrooms and 3 baths. Fully stocked kitchen. Great laundry room, plenty of storage space. You can tell that the owner takes great pride in their home.
Would definitely recommend.

The condo is spectacular. The only problem for us is that it wasn’t available to lease for 2023. We would return in a heartbeat. In addition, Judy, our host, was so accommodating. Everything we needed was provided and more. If you’re concerned about cleanliness this property was immaculate. It pains me to write such a good review because I don’t want the competition when I try to lease it in the future.
