About this villa rental
In this spectacular villa with private pool, 8 guests enjoy Mediterranean views in southern Mallorca, in Badia Gran.
The chalet is located in a dream location, 20 minutes driving from Palma de Mallorca. The capital is famous for its great cultural and leisure offerings, the Cathedral La Seu and trendy neighborhoods like Santa Catalina. Badia Gran is a quiet residential area, where there is a pharmacy, a small supermarket and some restaurants, such as the Bahía Beach Club. Badia Gran beach is rocky, but there are many sandy beaches about 10-15 km away, such as S'Arenal, Cala Blava or Can Pastilla. Es Trenc, Ses Covetes and Arenal de Sa Ràpita are natural beaches that are 40 minutes drive away. The nearest golf course is Son Gual or Puntiró. Supermarkets and more services are located in Llucmajor and Campos.
There is nothing better than waking up with the first rays of the sun and enjoying a swim in the infinity salt pool with direct views of the sea. The salt pool is 10 x 5 meters in size and has a depth of between 1 to 2 meters. It is surrounded by a large terrace with loungers and an umbrella, to get the perfect tan. The porch overlooks the pool and the Mediterranean and is the perfect place for an outdoor meal or a barbecue with grilled meats and vegetables. In the front, there is a second terrace with a table and chairs, so you will always find your preferred spot. After the beach, you can rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower.
In the living-dining room you can eat with views of the sea and the pool or take a nap on the sofa. The house offers satellite television, air conditioning in the living room and in four bedrooms, WIFI, DVD and central heating for winter. The kitchen overlooks the dining area and is well equipped, including a gas cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and much more. On the ground floor you can choose between two bedrooms with a single bed and there is a bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Please note that one of these bedrooms downstairs does not have air conditioning and is a pass-through room. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and bidet. The fourth bedroom has a trundle bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and the fifth room comes with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron, ironing board, dryer and vacuum cleaner. We can prepare a crib and a high chair for our youngest guests. You can park on the property.

PROHIBITED TO MAKE NOISE OUTSIDE
It is not permitted to make noise outside the dwelling, including loud music, shouting, parties, or any activity that may disturb the neighbors.
If complaints are received from the neighborhood or if the Police intervene due to noise, fines and/or economic penalties will be applied, which may be deducted from the deposit.
We appreciate you respecting the tranquility of the area and the coexistence rules.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest from 14 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival through a Visa / MasterCard card with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
The deposit will be retained through a credit card and the customer will have to provide their information through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after checkout.
Important: As required by law, we need to ask you for copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years old. This information is sent by email.
The fireplace cannot be used.

Had a wonderful week here. We were 2 families of 4, had plenty of space, bathrooms, loved the pool at the end of the day, views were incredible, sunset was picturesque! Kitchen was very well stocked. a few issues that should have been corrected but were not. The property management company was responsive but not helpful. For instance, all of the TV shows were in German and we couldnt figure out how to change. They kept saying to refer to the manual, which does not exist. So, we watched the Euro Cup each night without the sound. The pillows were as thin as a sheet of paper. The beds were hard as a rock. no comforter or blanket. 1 roll of toilet paper. Several sets of lights that were not working. Overall, for the price, size, pool and location, I would totally stay here again, but would know going in to buy a pillow. thanks for a great week!

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Es liegt in der Bucht von Palma direkt and der Steilküste. Wir wurden von Carlos begrüßt der uns gute Tips gegeben hat. Das Haus ist riesig und super sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Besonders hat uns der Vorrat an frischen Zitronen und Orangen gefallen. Wir waren dort um 2 Geburtstage zu feiern und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Stefan
