Good living in a finca on the southern part of Majorca

We look forward to welcoming our guests to our new finca. The finca is ideal for families, cyclists, and anyone looking for a peaceful vacation on Majorca. Relax with all the amenities, a floor area of 200 m2, and a 11,000-m2 property. Our lovely L-shaped house is separated into 2 levels. There are 4 spacious bedrooms to the right on the front door, each of which have a double bed and a spacious wall closet. Enjoy the view of the sunrise in the morning, with a view of the terrace and pool. Going straight from the front door, you'll reach the expansive living/dining room with access to the kitchenette and the study. The finca is furnished for 8 people and offers plenty of space for spending time together and private space. The large terrace, the pool, the outdoor showers and the spacious grill area offer many opportunities to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. Escape your everyday pressures in our garden. All of the technical amenities are available, such as fast Wi-Fi, a flatscreen TV, climate control (for a fee), heating, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. The location is central yet peaceful, and the 11,000-m2 property means that you can enjoy your holiday without disturbance. The nearest neighbour is about 250 m away. There are 3 large beaches and 3 golf courses, all of which can be reached within 10-15 minutes. There is a large supermarket and delicious restaurants in Campos and Llucmajor, less than 5 minutes away. The city of Campos offers medical facilities, bakeries (especially Can Polar, the best cakes in Majorca), gas stations, and all kinds of the traditional island windmills. There are also fruit and vegetable markets five times per week. The fashionable city of Palma is 20 minutes away. The best beaches of the south and southeast of the island are easily reached by car from Finca Can Cariño. For example, the natural beach of Es Trenc is just 12 km away, with its fine sand and crystal-clear water. Several other attractive beaches, such as Cala Llombards, Cala Mondrago, or Cala Santanyi are about a 15-minute drive away. The port town of Colonia de Sant Jordi is also nearby, and has a small port with boat rentals, restaurants, shops, cafés, bars, and more. If you want to go golfing, there is a course about 10 km away.
