Very clean and comfortable and an excellent location. Would absolutely stay there again!
The breakfast was very basic; not extensive, but enough to get us started for the day.
The only negative was that we had heavy bags and had to climb stairs.

A great way to experience Saint Remy!
The location was fantastic, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast correct. We were a bit worried that the rooms looked over a courtyard with their restaurant “La Cuisine des Anges” below, but it was completely quite once everyone left around 23h00. I would strongly recommend to also reserve a dinner at the restaurant - the food was fresh and delicious, a wine menu selected with care and the service friendly. Overall, it was a great fine!
The stairway to get to the rooms is not for people who have mobility challenges. They could consider proposing a room and dinner combination ;-)

This is a perfect location and impeccably clean and we loved it there.
Nice size bedroom, updated bathroom and a wonderful kitchen with fresh baguettes and other great breakfast selections
There are a lot of steps since we were up two floors. But our host assisted with luggage which was so kind of him.

Great Location-Clean Rooms-Nice Breakfast-Maybe Avoid "Upper Loft"
Good location right off town square walkable to most anything a tourist would need. Room was clean, but appears to have once been an attic converted to a loft-like Apt with VERY LOW ceilings. Lovely window opens to an enclosed courtyard below (neighbors?), plus bathroom was clean and well suited for our needs. There is a sister restaurant immediately below, yet if no availability there are many other options a short walk away. Breakfast included was appreciated and you take this in a separate dedicated room (or a cute outdoor terrace) that has cafe, cereal, bread, juice, etc.
The multiple flights of very steep and narrow steps leading to this upper loft are not for everyone; BE CAREFUL. Also, as mentioned the ceiling height in the "upper" loft room we rented for one nite might be very confining to some.

Very good
Great location in the middle of town, easy to walk to anywhere. Easy checkin and nice shared terrace overlooking the street below. Included breakfast is basic but tasty and can be eaten on the terrace.
Room was on the smaller side, some music from the restaurant in the evening.

A difficult hotel to rate but overall the location and included breakfast wins out.
Great location. Just a short distance from the bus stop (Republique) to the hotel. Everything was within walking distance including the hospital/ asylum' where Vincent Van Gogh stayed for a year. Restaurants, markets, shops... all in same area. The self serve breakfast was great. A variety of bread, cereals with jams. Milk/fruit juice and yoghurts. Coffee machine. The room was always clean and fresh. Be aware that the doors are locked at all other times so you can't leave anything in the fridge that you want later. Our room was at the top under the roofline. Very light and airy with a beautiful view from the window. The hotel restaurant served a delicious meal.
I gave a neutral score for staff because, apart from a brief moment when we walked in the first day, we never saw her again over a 4 day stay. I didn't get instructions for coded check in until the morning of our arrival despite sending 2 previous messages. Which was a bit worrying considering we weren't going to have wifi access for very long that morning. We ran out of toilet paper on our second last day and couldn't find the maid. I managed to mention it to the hosts who were running the downstairs restaurant. I appreciate they were very busy and wasn't an appropriate time for them to attend to it but I don't believe it was then up to us to ask again later or arrange it. The maid should have been alerted asap and a supply provided. Never happened. Very strong message about not eating or drinking in the room but the only space available was the breakfast room and it was kept locked after breakfast. Many stairs to the upper rooms. Be aware if you have mobility problems or struggle with carrying luggage. The sensor lights didn't come on straight away in certain places so you took a first step in the dark. Our room was really light and airy with a beautiful window and view. However, the single bed was under the low part of the sloping ceiling. I was bent double for much of my stay! Maybe this should be in the description?
