Location, spacious, swiming pool (event though it was cold!), nice decor and accesories ocerall, amazing view over the river Douro.
Could do with a bit of TLC, some of the items like one towel rail was rusty and broken, downstairs toilets need finishing off, etc.
There was also an issue with ants coming out from the sink plug in the kitchen and the door to the patio from the kitchen was not functional (could not open it at all).

The villa is in an excellent location with amazing views . The house was spotless and had all the facilities you would need for a comfortable stay . It is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in very
Very small point - there were no tea towels in the kitchen. That said there is a very efficient dishwasher .

Location excellent and living area was very comfortable
It needed a spruce up in certain areas eg main bathroom was tatty and no towel hooks or rails. Patio door did not lock. Outside areas were poorly maintained. Only had 6 mugs and glasses
