About this house rental

This is an incredible island vacation home located just three short blocks from the beach, shopping and more. The home features 2 bedrooms, 1 3/4 baths and a deck off the master suite upstairs, which offers hillside views. The galley style kitchen has granite counter tops, a gas stove, and everything you need to prepare snacks to meals. You will find tile floors throughout the home. QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited). 309CE | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

Absolutely loved this house. Spacious layout with older couches that were low but pretty comfy. Loved the pictures throughout the house with Catalina Island spots. Great breeze throughout the house and bedrooms were good in size. Would definitely book this place again.

Cute place with lots of charm. The rental company that handled the booking was very nice and made check in very simple. Had a great time. The place was bigger than we expected with lots of room to accommodate our large group. Super convenient location close to the beach, easy to walk to everything but far enough away from the noise. Would definitely stay again.

Furniture, TV's, everything was from Mexico 1983. Way too primitive for this price point. Neighbors were local housekeepers... not that friendly to visitors.
