This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).
***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.**

was highly disappointed that vrbo sells this with the pool and hot tub available. It was a beautiful place but I paid more to have the pool and hot tub. I think they should advertise it that covid has closed that down. I could have spent more on family adventures. I was pretty upset about that. Fans gross, and floors made our feet black since we were asked to leave shoes at the dorr. and shower had hair in it. Again, it was a beautiful place. Just a few things

The Condo was nice-looked newly remodeled. However, there was no heating other than small portable heaters. The kitchen was minimally stocked with plates, etc. First floor gets all the street noise..

I booked a Birthday/Easter Family Trip for 5 of us to Avalon. We haven't traveled a lot and therefore need to start! We had 3 kids with us, a 10 yr old & 2 - 15 yr olds. We loved the Condo that we chose. It was close enough to town that we chose to walk everywhere. Although I would have liked to have a golf cart at my disposal. The Condo was beautifully remodeled and very comfortable. We were very pleased with the Condo and would go back.

Over all ok, We were on Catalina for a wedding and need to make sure we had an iron available. I sent an email days before and was told without a doubt there would be a iron and board in the condo. When we arrived no iron, just board. I call, left message, sent email, never got a reply. Tv remote in living room was broken, headboard in master bedroom was loose from bed, rattled every time you turned over. The cond was too pricey for what service I received.
