Master bedroom with 3/4 bath, second bedroom with small balcony, full bath in hall, and all wood laminate floors upstairs. Extra bedding is a single sofa sleeper and a single aerobed. A total of 1233 sq. feet.
This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups.

This place is adequate. It definitely needs updating for what you’re paying in my opinion. The pool has been out of commission for a few years which is ridiculous. The condo needed to be stocked with kitchen towels (there were none - I shouldn’t have to ask) and NEW sponges for the kitchen not old sponges. Lots of old pots and pans and kitchen gadgets in the kitchen and no kitchen vent! The owners have LOTS of locked cabinets in the condo for their things which is fine but they know what this place looks like- lol
