About this villa rental
This is a STUNNING and spacious beach house from Rent On Padre that sleeps 10 located in the Villas of South Padre Island. This 4BR/3.5BA House provides plenty of room for everyone. There are living rooms on each floor as well as private decks. You wont be disappointed.
This is a home that provides you with lots of sleeping space! There is a King size master bedroom, the second bedroom is a Queen size bed. In the third bedroom you get a twin bed as well as a trundle bed. One of the two living rooms has a sleeper sofa. The Last Bedroom is the coolest. This room is a huge room, taking up most of the third floor. It is a game room, TV room, Bar room, and of course, has 1 bunk bed and a twin bed off to the side. The bunk is a full bed on the bottom and twin on top.
There are Patios on every floor. You will enjoy sitting outside soaking up the sun eating your meals.
This condo is located in an Exclusive Gated Property within The Villas of South Padre. This Community has its own private Swimming Pool, Hot tub, and tennis courts. It is a short walk to the beach, just around the corner. The Landscaping is phenomenal. There are lots of lush palms and tropical flowers throughout this wonderful community.
Nearby activities include: Golf, Tennis, Water Park (seasonal), Surf Fishing, Bay Fishing, Deep Sea Fishing, Boating, Canoeing, Kayaking, Hiking, Fitness Center, Miniature Golf, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Museums, Beachcombing, Horseback Riding, Movie Theater, Nightlife, and many, many, restaurants.
Please note, The Villas of South Padre Island allows families only. This home requires the primary renter to be 25 years of age or older and the head of household. This home does not allow Spring Break groups. Rest assured, your family will not be surrounded by Spring Break Party houses. Young groups will not be allowed to rent here. The Villas also requires a 3 night minimum.

The location of the 3 story house is exquisite, a community pool is available, is pet friendly, has a has a nice grass yard for walking your pet. The walk to the beach is only 3 minutes or less. The only down side is the sofa and love seat on the 1st floor isn't very comfortable.

This was such a great place to stay for my extended family. It was close to the beach. We loved that. We loved the gated community as well as the pool. The house was really clean. We loved the space. We never felt crowded.

The unit needs deep cleaning and paint. There is obvious patching from leaks and there will continue to be because caulk is gone in bathrooms. The electric grill listed was gone and noone told us. We brought our own Keurig. It needs better supplies so that shirt term tenants don't have to bring everything and one larger table in the downstairs so everyone can eat together. Loved the mural and decks. Update the place and add some beach chairs maybe even a little wagon, some matching glassware and service for the ten you have it listed for and it would be much better. Sliding doors on top don't lock so that could be a safety issue. I noticed on past reviews these things were noted and not fixed. I would probably look for a diff rental if we come back to the area unless this one was updated. The beds were good but the comforters also should be cleaned as well. We stay at VRBOs a lot and this was the worst as far as updating we have stayed at.
