Welcome to Oleander Oasis from Rent On Padre! This is a wonderful 3BR/2.5BA custom built duplex in the center of the island. You are going to love this house! Everything in here is high end. The house has a lot of custom built details that you will adore. This gorgeous house has an open concept. The kitchen is fantastic. From the Granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, you won't want to leave. You will love this home as you continue in to the living room to the incredible ceiling fans and tray ceilings. Feel free to kick back and relax with this large sectional sofa and TV. Everything in this house is top notch.
This house has 2 wonderful patios. Picture yourself, after a day at the beach, coming home to relax on the back porch. During the summer, you can avoid the crowds and enjoy the Bayside Fireworks at Louie's, right from the privacy of your own patio. This beautiful house sleeps 10 people. The master bedroom has a wonderful King size bed as well as a day bed and trundle. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The Third bedroom has a set of Full size bunk beds. Between the queen bedroom and the bunk room is a Jack and Jill bathroom. You also get a wonderful fenced in back yard to enjoy.

Overall the property is as advertised and provided us with a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The property was within a short walk to the beach. The yard was a bit overgrown with weeds but that undoubtedly wouldn’t have been a real issue if we had larger dogs that could see easily over the weeds. Honestly I just appreciate anyone willing to allow pets so I don’t want to complain too much because it was a nice property, but a little regular maintenance of the yard would have made it perfect since that was really the reason we chose this house over other comparable properties in the area.

Great location. Home needs some upgrades/maintenance. Had to follow up with property management company a few times to receive my security deposit back.
