Longoria House is the perfect choice for large families or groups looking for plenty of room to spread out while staying just half a block from the public beach access. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home, plus a converted office with an additional twin bed, offers flexible accommodations and a layout designed for gathering together while still providing everyone their own space.
One of the home's most unique features is the private downstairs suite, which functions much like an efficiency apartment. It includes a small kitchenette with a stove, sink, and refrigerator, a full-size laundry room, and a spacious sleeping area featuring one twin-over-twin bunk bed, two additional twin beds, and one full-size bed. The downstairs bathroom offers a convenient walk-in shower, and guests have direct access to the backyard and pool area, making it an ideal space for kids, grandparents, or multiple families traveling together.
Upstairs is the home's main living area with a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, and breakfast bar, providing plenty of room to prepare meals and gather after a day at the beach. Step outside onto the wraparound balcony to enjoy the coastal breeze.
The upstairs sleeping accommodations include a spacious primary suite with a king-size bed and an oversized ensuite bathroom featuring both a garden tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom includes two sets of bunk beds, sleeping four in twin beds. Just off the dining area, the converted office provides an additional twin bed, making it a great option for an extra guest or child.

The home offers plenty of space for a large family and has ample beds, which we appreciated. The location is the best. I like the small office room and the large closet in the master bedroom. I found an ironing board but the small iron I found in the laundry room did not work. The laundry room was a nice feature. The pool is very nice, but unfortunately, the pool lights weren’t working, so it was difficult to use after sunset. The picnic table is quite rusted, so we had to use a tablecloth to make it usable. Two patio chairs in the backyard are no longer functional and detract from the outdoor space. The hot tub did not heat up during our stay.We also had to set up a tent over the table to get some shade while using the pool area during the day. Inside, the sofa is partially broken—one of the reclining sections no longer closes properly. Many of the electronics and appliances, such as the TVs, coffee maker, and refrigerator, are outdated. The refrigerator in particular did not cool well. We all fit and the space was great, I just wish the overall property were a little more updated and kept up with for the price.
