About this house rental
What characterizes Terr'e Mesu in addition to the desire to recover the typicality of local peasant houses, is the search for a constructive style that privileges 'primary' materials such as stone, lime, terracotta, and wood, limiting the use of cement as much as possible and solvents or chemical additives. The paints used to protect the roof timber have an alcohol solvent extracted from the citrus peels. The terracotta was treated with natural oils, we used lime for the plaster, and the wall paints are without additives, with peculiarities that allow the purification of the air and the regulation of internal humidity. Particular attention was paid to selecting local building materials that would guarantee adequate sound and thermal insulation, allowing for an internal comfort that can be assimilated in summer to that of an air conditioner, without the contraindications - also in environmental and energy terms - which for health. The houses can become intercommunicating, offering modular solutions, depending on your needs, which can accommodate up to 17 people in the overall structure. We have also installed a photovoltaic system, and a Wifi coverage.

Una vacanza all'insegna del riposo e della tranquillità: una casa immersa nel verde e nella dolce ma selvaggia campagna del Sarrabus. Paolo e Sandra sono degli
ospiti eccezionali e premurosi. Ci hanno fatto sentire al centro di un'attenzione affettuosa e presente, ma sempre discreta e rispettosa di spazi e privacy. Il meraviglioso mare della Costa Rei poco lontano e la possibilità di escursioni....con l'incontro degli splendidi cervi sardi...hanno completato un soggiorno già perfetto!!

It was very nice staying with Sandra and Paolo, they are very interesting people, I learned a lot about the region, culture, nature... The house is clean, comfortable, cosy...Countryside is marvellous, pure mediterranean! I hope I can come back soon

Peccato che il massimo del rating sia 5 stelle. In questo caso occorrerebbe dare un bel 10 con Lode. La gentilezza, l'intelligenza e la cortesia dei proprietari, Sandra e Paolo, sono insuperabili. La location è splendida e tutta la casa è stata costruita nel rispetto della bio-sostenibilità: dai materiali utilizzati fino alle vernici. Da ritornarci appena gli impegni di lavoro lo permetteranno. Un grazie a Sandra e Paolo per la simpatia e disponibilità. A presto.

Very nice house with beautiful and high quality/comfortability kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms! Roomy. Also great and calm location, especially beautiful watching the stars at night! Amazing mountains close by, ran up to 1000m altitude and back as daytrip which was cool - Wonderful view from up top!
The family having the place are all great and gentle people, and they have really done a lot to make our stay fantastic!
With a car it's a great location to stay at as there are lots of different daytrips possible.
