About this apartment rental

The ideal studio condo for your beach retreat. This recently redecorated condo sleeps two (King bed). Full bath, kitchenette, TV, and cozy seating on patio. The Inn at Seacrest Beach is located on scenic Highway 30A, within walking or biking distance of both Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Private beach access is also only a short walk away (less than 10 minutes), and the pool/hut tub are just down below. Your experience will be nothing less than pleasant, relaxing, and comfortable!

Second floor. WiFi. Kitchenette with granite countertops, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker / mugs and two barstools. Linens / towels provided. Maid service upon completion of your stay. A coin-operated laundry is located just outside the condo at the west end of the building.

Everything was great and I would definitely stay again. I had left something behind. I sent a email and got a reply right away. So I was able to go back and retrieve my belongings before I was to far down the road. Communication was awesome.

Easy walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. Very tight space. Could use more toiletries, tissues. Should’ve brought some of our own. Could also use a little updating. Bedding is somewhat worn and there was mildew around the tub and bathroom air vent. Bathroom door needs repainting. Owners were good to send thorough instructions. Entering the condo was easy.

First time at Rosemary Beach - loved it! Great for families and not near as touristy as Panama Beach. Unit small, pretty old, but clean. Could have used some toiletries (shampoo, lotion, etc. along w some Kleenex) but overall really great.

Great location for a couple days

We decided to extend our stay on 30a so we booked 4 nights. It’s really not large, the size of s hotel room, but the nice patio gives you some additional room. Everything was clean and neat, but the memory foam mattress was soft for us, and we could have used an extra blanket. Sadly, we were unable to bring guests to the beach, but enjoyed it ourselves with the wristbands provided. Our host was gracious and let us check in a few hours early. Thank you.

This studio was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location to Rosemary and Alys Beach is so convenient. You can actually see the gulf from the porch. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We would definitely stay here again for a short visit and recommend it to others.

My wife and I stayed for one night so that we could maximize our vacation with an extra day that did it include a “travel day“. We found this little one bedroom condo just down in Seacrest and it was just what we needed! The price is appropriate and the condo was clean and comfortable.

This condo is close enough to walk to shops and yet away from some noise so that the stay is relaxing. It has lovely decor. The owner is a great communicator with prompt responses to any questions. The property has adequate parking, but the pool is not well maintained although the area is relatively clean. The pool furniture needs updated and the pool itself should be cleaned more often. All in all, we were pleased and would entertain staying in the condo area again if we could book this same condo.

We have stayed at Inn at Seacrest many times but this was the first time in this unit. The unit was perfect for our friends get away! We spent a lot of time on the balcony which had very comfortable furniture. The unit was was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking it again!

Perfect location, super clean, owners thought of every detail including beach chairs for an easy walk to beautiful beach. Kitchenware was sparkling, linens crisp and bed comfortable. We enjoyed the nicely appointed balcony and attractive view. Will be recommending to friends and returning soon!
