About this house rental
Enjoy your vacation at this charming and cozy three bedroom cottage, just 1/2 block from the beach and on a quiet cul de sac.
You're also just a short stroll to the Isle of Palms Recreation Center which features tennis and basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields, a large playground, and even a small community gym, as well as seasonal Farmers Market! This fully renovated and designer decorated home features all new furnishings, decor. The home is equipped with wood floors in living room, dining room, and all bedrooms and tile in the bathrooms.
The back patio is an oasis under a beautiful Oak canopy offering a cool and quiet area to enjoy the outdoors, a cookout with electric grill, time with family or an evening sitting by the fire pit enjoying the serenity of the island. This home is fully sealed and features a dehumidifier which improves air quality and comfort within the home, especially during summer!
Space on the island is limited, but Palm Ct. 5 offers a spacious driveway with comfortable parking for numerous vehicles. The kids can even enjoy a round of ping pong in the finished room above the garage, equipped with a window AC for added comfort. After a day of sand and sun, enjoy a rinse in the enclosed beach shower which offers both hot and cold water.
Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.
Linens Included. No pets. No Smoking. Wireless internet. Cable TV/DVD.

We have stayed in this house many times. I grew up on IoP and a friend lived here. It reminds me of how the island used to be. We try to rent this house whenever we visit.

This home was perfect for our family of five. It was spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. Our kids loved the ping pong table, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. We had a great experience and would definitely rent this home again.

We were very pleased with everything about this property. Location was great, the beach was easily accessible, and the house was very clean. The only issue was the porch light was burnt out and we had called to have it replaced. It's a quiet street and low lit at night and unfortunately, it was never replaced during our stay. I would highly recommend this location and would certain use again for future visits.
