Being right on the boardwalk with a small yard was enjoyable. It was about a 15 minute walk to the center of town, restaurants and activities, but there was a path directly across from the house which led to the beach. Seeing numerous antiques around the house added to its charm as well as the flowers in the back yard. We did not use the bbq, although it appeared ready-to-use. The upstairs loft and open bedroom with bath was perfect for a family to share.
Two of the three front windows were foggy, so the view was obscured.

We liked the multiple bedrooms and the promenade location. Also 3 bathrooms was helpful for our group.
The kitchen was fair and I wanted a large spoon but there was none. And no soap in our bathrooms which required us to buy some
$$$$
