This beautiful three-story, four-bedroom home is thoughtfully designed to make your coastal getaway as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Flooded with natural light from expansive windows and skylights, the spacious great room invites you to unwind while enjoying stunning views of the Necanicum River. Gather in the cozy living room, where a love seat and microfiber couch surround a gas fireplace and a large wall-mounted TV, offering plenty of space for the whole family to relax. The formal dining room comfortably seats eight, with additional spots at the granite breakfast bar. You’ll fall in love with the open kitchen, complete with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and sparkling granite counters—a dream space for cooking and entertaining.
Upstairs, the elegant king primary suite boasts river views, a TV, and large windows that let in the serene beauty of the area. ★ We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun, and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

We had a great weekend at Seaside. The weather was great, home lovely and spacious, and location awesome. It was a quiet location with a quick walk or drive into downtown. We enjoyed the spacious home, making our weekend perfect.

Very nice condo, not stay alone home. The home description did state there were baby gates at the property. I reached out to the rental company and they took until late the night before we left from the house to possibly have some they can let us use/borrow from other rentals. We had two small children and the stairs were a danger, we didn’t bring baby gates because the house description stated there was baby gates at the property; very disappointing.
