The hospitality waa amazing. From the time we arrived we were assisted with our luggage and ushered to our rooms without needing to go to the reception area or wait to check in.
The room service was great was able to order a bottle of wine, and there's a restaurant nearby which is amazing. The service felt very warm and friendly and helpful.

No actual play area for the kiddies or things to entertain them with
More insight could be given to hike routes and activities to do close by.

Wonderful historical building in magnificent grounds. Interior decoration very historical but does not do justice to provide a good customer experience.
Staff lack experience and warmth. Building interior need thorough update and cleaning.
