We had an incredible stay at Casa Patrizia. It is a very cute house in the middle of Tuscan hills, close to Lucca. Perfect to relax in nature. We definitely enjoyed the private swimming pool, perfect during that hot summer. I understand some comments about the lack of shadow but to be honest, we just moved the sunbeds around the umbrellas.
Nice kitchen as well, fully equipped, a bbq in the garden.
We will definitely come back!
Nothing, was all great!

The house is in a very calm area with hills and forests and the whole garden is fenced (sufficient to keep the dog inside the garden). We enjoyed being in the garden and at the pool- both were very well maintained. There was also a nice barbecue place and the kitchen was well equipped. Even though located outside, it is centrally located and you can reach many of Tuscany's great spots within little time.
Even though calm in general, the first day, we had a wake up call by hunters that were hunting nearby- I believe it was the start of the hunting season end of September in that area. Actually no problem as this is belonging to this region, but our dog was frightened at times. This was only the case a few times.
