Excellent location right on Blanco River Far enough out of town and close enough too, just watch out for deer on the road Good clean facilities and a wonderful host

Very disappointing Anniversary weekend. We left after the first night.

The location was good. The owner made herself available and greeted us when we arrived.

Because of the description of the property, we brought food to cook out. The patio and surrounding area was full of weeds and the outdoor chairs did not have cushions as shown in the photo and were dirty. The grill was broken, the property around the cottage was unkept. We cooked and ate out on the patio but was not a very favorable experience. There were chairs available to take to the river and when we got down to the river the chair was broken. Most of the chairs to choose from were broken. The outdoor sitting area overlooking the river was very dirty and unkept. We didn't see a hose or anything to clean the chairs etc..

Quaint cottage, bad spot and left after 1 night due to shutdowns from COVID19.

It was far enough out of the city. The cabin itself was cute, very clean and comfortable.

This was booked prior to COVID19 and no concession was made for a refund and we felt pressured to still go or lose our money. The Cottage was in between 2 residences with no real privacy (very close) and not advertised as such.
