The location is fabulous, easy walking distance to most attractions and transport links. Surrounded by lots of eating and drinking establishments and the vibe of the area was lovely. Felt safe walking around. The property itself has ample bedroom space with comfy beds, a large bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. It looked and felt clean.

A couple of small tweaks would make a massive difference to the users experience. We read the review on the communal area up to the apartment so knew not to be too shocked here. A handrail on the stairs leading from the first to second floor is essential, if you slipped you will do alot of damage to yourself. I'm surprised at the lack of concern for safety and I'm not a safety conscious type. The only other thing we felt was lacking was a comfy area to sit, there is a table and bar stools but a small sofa in one of the bedrooms would allow you abit of added comfort. Maybe a sofa bed so you can choose.

Excellent location - close to the main square. Very clean apartment. Convenient local mini supermarket. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen equipment is sufficient

An extra couple of bins (and a recycling bin) would have been useful together with an extra kitchen chair. The entrance to the building and communal staircase is almost derelict. This is in total contrast to the apartment itself which is in very good order and well decorated.

Location was brilliant

Shocked and was in disbelief that no review advised about the state of the front door entrance area with rat trap, the pre war stairs that was well rotten that bounced up and down as u tried to climb, handrail was like an old branch of a tree or something coming out of wall that would easily come off in your hand. Honestly when we arrived at address I thought we had been scammed. The first impression is that u have booked a ghetto (the apartment block open area is in a derelict building but the apartment itself is ok (not “prestige”) but the problem is to get to the apartment u have to go through an area like a squat and go up an extremely dangerous stairs. Health & safety standards definitely not met. U have to walk on stairs nearest wall so as to fit on step. (If we had known about the state of entrance we would have booked elsewhere- plenty of decent affordable accommodation available in the area) it’s like this property is one air b&b in this ran down building. U meet nobody. On seeing the place I wanted to cancel but only got messages saying I would get no refund.
