Access codes were provided first thing in the morning and instructions were very easy to follow.
It was a very quiet area as well.
The apartment was perfect for our needs and very well located to explore the city.

The Location was very handy and the apartment was the right size for our family. It was easy to access the tourist locations. It was great to have a tram line and bus stop outside the door. Overall i would stay there again.
The remote for the TV didn't work that well. We could do with some local info pack on things to do and transport and where to get tram tickets. Also what to do in an emergency. Fire evacuation details on the back of the front door for example. We could have done with a microwave. Also the local knowledge on Easter time in Poland would have helped us plan our week a bit different but that was only a minor concern. Some info on how to buy food and where to go in the area would also help.

Great location, only 5 minutes walk to the old town. Good river views. The apartment was very clean with good quality furnishings.

Some issues with communial doors and lifts not working. Apart from that, the apartment itself was 10 out of 10.

location is perfect, building is very nice
mattress was not comfortable, not enough glasses and dishes, some of them dirty, iron had a brown liquid inside - not possible to use it, shower was broken - after the shower water was everywhere
