Host communication was excellent, instructions to property very easy. Location right near old town, size and cleanliness of the apartment excellent. Using codes to access the rooms was better than keys. Recommend staying here for sure :)
Our apartments were lovely dont get me wrong, but were not as lovely as the ones advertised, only the bathroom and 1 bedroom was in the photos. No mezzanine level or bright blue colours. There was no coffee pod or drip filter machine, we found this to be an inconvenience and not like many other properties we have stayed in across Poland. With these things fixed, would have received a 10.

Location , very clean and great breakfast .
All AC units were disabled by hotel on a really hot day . 94F or 33C. No reason for that and all the remotes were taken away .

The apartment is tidy, with all the utensils and linen. The staff only speak English at the reception. Great location
There are a few nuances: the breakfast on offer is in a different hotel, which you have to walk to, as it only starts at 7:30 - you have to plan ahead, so you might not be able to make it before your early trip. The breakfast is not of very good quality. Also, the apartments have poor soundproofing, so you can hear everything on the street and the cleaners in the corridors and other rooms. From 6-7am it is impossible to sleep at all. The apartment did not match the photos.
