Great value, great facilities, great location, so clean and well-cared for, soft comfy beds. Nothing is too much trouble

The absolute perfect place to stay for a solo traveller! Friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Safe. Clean and tip top facilities. Everything you could ever need, even pack up boxes, washing up liquid, coffee machine, hair dryer. Plenty of towels including a large micro towel for the beach! Such generosity of spirit in everything. Lovely hot shower. Everything great quality and simply and thoughtfully done with care. Sea view from the balcony to have your morning coffee on! Washing line (with pegs!) Peace and quiet. Beautifully soft and comfortable bed! Fab Supermarket below. Right on the beach front. Lovely bars and tavernas close by. I wanted somewhere where I wouldn’t have to drive and this place is just perfect! Mountains to trek up (Corfu trail/donkey trail is amazing!) old beautiful villages 30 min trek away. Was so, so happy here. Thank you so much for letting me stay at your special place. Xxx

Nice Host, Beach in 2 mins!

The host was very nice. Upon request, the host prepared a birthday cake, balloons and wine in the room! Everything was clean and well equipped. Nearby (3km away) there is a restaurant "Mon amour" which the host recommended, this is the place where traditional Greek food is served! Authentic and reasonably priced.

In April, there are no many restaurants open.

Comfort and relax next to a tranquil beach In Corfu

The location, the beach was just across the street. The patio/terrace was really useful and comfortable where we had breakfast and lunch everyday (the kitchen is also equipped with everything you need, even small containers to pack a lunch or fruit to eat on the beach).

It may be subjective, but the mattresses are a bit too soft.

Amazing place. We had everything in the room, from fridge to iron. Room was clean and nice, we had a balcony with a sea view, what else you can wish for. Downstairs same owners have supermarket there you can by everything. Plus we were 5 min from the beach.

Great experience!

Great apartment! Kostas was super helpful, provided recommendations and was available for any questions. Location is great, less than a block away from the beach and it's not a crowded area (as downtown corfu is). There are paddlesurf boards you can borrow for free to go to beaches near by as well (Kostas can suggest a few). The supermarket has everything you may need to buy and good prices. We used the grill/barbecue with no issues and even did laundry for free. 100% recommend.

Wifi connection is not the best/could be inproved.; it does work but comes and goes a little bit. If you have an european sim card you will be fine, there's good signal, 4G.

Excellent location, just a stone's throw from the beach. Supermarket next door. Great choice of good restaurants close by. Welcoming and helpful host. Well equipped, clean and comfortable accommodation. Recommended, especially for walking the Corfu trail.

it was a very nice stay in patras studio. The apartments are 2 steps from the beach. Also very close to a supermarket and a lot of cafes, an office to take excursions. Also in 10 minutes there is a farm with a wonderful playground. The room has a fresh renovation, utensils for cooking, a coffee maker, not old towels and bed linen. The owners of the hotel are pleasant and sociable people, they can help with any question. I advise you to come to this place!

Kostas and his family were very helpful from early beginning of our trip (as he arrange taxi pick up from the airport). His family owns a supermarket right next to the apartment which was super convenient with wight range of products (from souvenirs to fresh fruit, groceries). Apartment was extremely clean, working AC, nice kitchen for small meal preparation. We could also borrow paddle board for free from Kostas. Kostas provided us with useful tips for local restaurants, car rental companies as well as sightseeing worth visiting across the island. We would definitely recommend this place, not only for couples, but families as well (that could use a spacious terrace with grill for a nice dinner). Thank you!

10/10 beautiful apartment owned by extremely friendly people

Costa and his family are probably the friendliest people on this island. The apartment, interior and exterior, is very beautiful and has everything you need. The supermarket, great restaurants and the beach are right around the corner. There is room for the car as well.

A splendid place!

A super clean and very comfortable place, extremely close to the beach. The rooms are well equipped (there is literally everything there, even a steam iron!) and they are additionally cleaned regularly (we stayed for three nights and our rooms were cleaned every second day!). The hosts are amazing - helpful, welcoming, giving a piece of advice whenever it is needed. A wonderful place!

Amazing stay, great location

Really good price-value. Rooms are clean, modern, decent sized. The balcony was big and spacious. Our hosts were very kind and helpful, they helped us arrange taxi transfer to Paleokastritsa. It was added bonus that the supermarket was right next to the accommodation. Beach is within 5min reach. Would go back anytime

Great studio at the beach area

Kostas was very kind and friendly and explained a lot of things to us, also of products of his store which were very bice to buy as gifts from Corfu. He borrow us a SUP board and recommended restaurants. The apartment has a very good kitchen, bathroom, all new and clean. also there was a small cute balcony with views to the sea. is right in the niddle of the bay… so perfect for the beach visitors

Very beautiful and clean place to stay!

Unfortunately I only stayed one night here, while doing the Corfu Trail. I loved this place, from the warm welcome by the owners (they own the supermarket just next door, pretty handy) to the situation next to the beach and the lovely apartment. Everything is new and spotlessly clean! I could have stayed longer here. Also handy: There is a bus stop to Corfu town right beneath the apartment.

Best room during my visit in Corfu. nevermind the clean room, soft beds, etc, it even had a coffee machine with complimentary cofee, some fruit and 2 bottles of water, plus the owners have a shop on the first floor, which is very convenient. and on top of all that, one of the host lent me his supboard for free. 11 out of 10

The rooms and amenities at Patras Studios are really nice and modern in a part of Corfu that is super relaxed and not too touristy. Yet, you have everything you need. Everything was super clean. And the hosts couldn't be more welcoming. I can highly recommend staying here!

A very comfortable place

The place is managed by a lovely family, who are very helpful. The room is very clean, kitchen and bathroom are modern and everything works perfectly fine. TV channels are available in a number of languages and the windows have mosquito nets installed. A very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Séjour ressourçant, au calme, proche de la plage et des commerces.

Hébergement proche des plages, ménage fait et draps changés en milieu de séjour, supérette au pied de l'hébergement ouverte de 8H à 21H très pratique, il y a même un barbecue commun ! Eleni nous a bien accueilli, le studio était bien équipé pour cuisiner, propre et bien situé, il n'y a rien à redire, c'était parfait!

Camera piccola ma con tutto il necessario, perfetta per due persone da usare come base per girare i dintorni. Tantissimi servizi aggiuntivi come SUP e lettini da poter portare in spiaggia. Parcheggio gratuito e doccia esterna che abbiamo potuto utilizzare il giorno della partenza dopo un ultimo bagno!
