Wonderfully relaxing and quiet

The house was very clean and has a fabulous position overlooking the beach which is a 2 minute walk away. I've stayed in the penthouse apartment before (also excellent) but this house has much more private outside space, with our own sun loungers. The house is sapcious, with lots of storage. There are lots of pots and pans - though we didn't do any real cooking! This area is very quiet, which is perfect for a relaxing break. The local shop and restaurants are excellent. Nicholas is a friendly, helpful host - I will definitely be going back next year!!

The only place to prepare food was on the cooker, washing machine or the table. More kitchen work space would be good - though I'm not sure how! Also some cushions for the inside chairs - nicer if you have to stay inside due to an unexpected rain storm.

Nice and spacious appartment

The owner was very friendly and let us in even a bit sooner than agreed. Car is parked in private parking. Apartment is spacious, perfect for 4 people and very close to beach.

The locality overall is not as nice as we expected. Beach close to apartment is made of gravel. Water was really cold, around 20C, which resulted in our kids not enjoying the vacation (not sure if this temperature is normal in the location, or was caused by previous weather). Location is distant from any village/town, so without car you are stuck there.

Excellent stay in Port Timoni

The view is excellent. The owner helped us with sun umbrellas. Basic facilities in the room. The pictures of the property represent exactly the location.

Maybe it was nice to have the towels changed and some cleaning in the bathroom at least once during our stay.

Avoid this place — not worth the money and completely misleading.

What you see in the pictures is far from reality.

The apartment is extremely basic, and what we paid in no way reflects what we received. The curtains are almost transparent — in the two-bedroom apartment we stayed in, one curtain didn’t even reach below the hips, making it impossible to sleep with any privacy. The windows are damaged, so even the only good thing — the ocean view — can’t be fully enjoyed. Don’t expect any welcome items: no bottle of water, no coffee, not even salt. You won’t get beach towels or umbrellas either. The overall setup is disappointing and minimal. We traveled with a baby, and I strongly advise families against this place — the path down to the beach is dangerously steep and not at all what’s shown in the pictures. Now, the worst part. A week before our trip, my husband’s grandfather was hospitalized. We tried to cancel the reservation, but the host refused. We still traveled to Corfu, but two days later, my husband’s grandfather sadly passed away. We left the apartment three days early — and still received no refund or understanding. The host was arrogant and completely unempathetic. We felt unwelcome from the start. Overall, I do not recommend this accommodation. I’m sharing this honestly in the hope that it helps others avoid the same experience.

Perfect location for a quiet break away from crowds on a beautiful beach with a stunning view.

The view and location are perfect. It's very qiet and undisturbed. The apartment is clean, large, airy , has most things you want or need. Nice to have an ice cube tray! The local shop is 3 minutes away and stocks eveything you need and the three closest restaurants are really good - each offering slightly different things. Everyone is friendly and some recognised me from my last visit.

Perfect location for peace and soul 😉

A very lovely place to stay! The apartment was very clean. Hot water is always available. The owner is very helpful. There are private sunbeds on the territory, very comfortable and practical, with a great view. Highly recommended!:)

Superb

It was older but clean and spacious with amazing view. We loved it. The location was great, feel meters from the beach, private sunbeds, the water taxi from and to Porto Timoni stoped right under the accommodation. Basic kitchen stuff (utensils,etc) also imcluded. The host was nice 😊

The bed wasnt very comfortable, but we only stayed for 2 nights so we managed.

Best ever seaview. Very responsive and hospitable host. He tries to help and helps with any question. View from the bed directly to the sea. The apartment exceeded all expectations. The dishes are of excellent quality. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay for a family. I highly recommend

Worth the money.

The place was nice and comfortable. Wonderful view of the beach. Nicolas ad provided with all necessary. It had a nice kitchen with everything needed especially if you are with kids. We rented the upper room for 5 people and we enjoyed the time there.

The beach is very close, right in front of the apartment. It is clean and very long. We made our own breakfast in the kitchen. The apartments are spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable.

location and beach, one of the best beaches on the island, Delfini restuarant just down the road was very good

beds were horrible, very hard. had backache all the time we stayed there. They need to paint over the previous name of the place with the correct name as its confusing trying to find the place even with sat nav.

We had wonderful holidays at Nicholas in Agios Georgios!great location,apartments next to the beach,spacious,well located ,perfectly equipped with everything what we needed.Atmosphere of whole place is great,relaxed,you can really enjoy the silence of Agios town(apartments are located on the other more calmer side of a city)and even you can hear the waves.Higly recommended place and host to stay for longer and just to feel the island.Nicholas,and his Mother are lovely people and you can always count on their help or support!one more time many thanks for everything,and for making our holidays beautifull memories.hopefully we will see each other next year and we come back!all the best,good luck with arm convalescence. marcin and marta

Superb

We were in separate house for 6 persons. We had terrace for our own, with beatifull view on the see. House has big, kithen and 3 rooms. In each room is air condition which works very good. Every day rooms are cleaning, after 4 days we had new, exchanged towels. Nicolas (the host) is very nice and helpfull person. He is trying very much to make your stay pleasent. He helps us to get to Porto Timoni with very good price! From home is less than 1 minut to beach, and similar to closest store. I really can recomment this host and object!

Noisy from neighbours.

Close to the beach and shops.

Noise from the flat above - we did not sleep 3 out of 4 nights due to noise transfer. The insulation of the ceiling is absolutely inadequate - we heard the neighbours upstairs, their moving chairs and tables at 10pm to prepare for their night party, closing doors, having sex on a squeeky bed after midnight... Also the noise from running water - taps, flushing, showers... from each flat throughout the building. The owner Nicholas lied to us when he said in his message to me that there was no flat above ours, only "besides" and when he spoke to us and said there is "good insulation" pointing to the ceiling. This is appalling and I would like to ask for a refund, at least 50%.

Exceptional

The Beach was just there, calm and blue. And Nicholas, our host, invited us to enjoy the whole complex, so we took breakfast every morning in front of the sea and planed our adventures.

We were attacked by mosquitos. The region is highly dependent on tourism, so its easy to fall in expensive money traps. We were lucky to have an honest host, that gave us the best advices.

Nicholas was not realy friendly. May be, because we are a little bit late. The beds quiet terrible. Everything very old. Breakfast in a Restaurant nearby. From 10-12 am. Unpossible time. They were friendly and make us a package. We have paid for 4 days, go after 2 days, we cannot found someone to say good bye.

Comfortable, spotlessly clean, modern kitchen, amazing beachside location - constant lapping of the waves of the Ionian Sea was so relaxing. Excellent local shops open till 23:00. An infinite variety of restaurants in easy walking distance without damaging the immense tranquility.

It is OK but needs some improvements

- The view is nice as shown on the photos. - The location is also good, close to one of the most beautiful hidden beaches. - The host (the lady) was very nice and helpful. - The bed sheets and towels were clean and changed daily.

- The room was ok-ish but not as clean as we expected. There were many spider-webs and spiders. The remote controls were a bit dirty and not all had charged batteries. Electricity switches were also dirty. - There were regular water stoppages which happened in the whole region so be prepared to buy some more bottles of water so you can wash yourself. - Not very clear how to check-in and check-out. - Tried to call the phone number couple of times but nobody answered. - The WiFi was not working most of the time.

Wonderful, quiet apartment. We had breakfast every day in a lovely terrace with swallows nests and see views of the entire bay. Priceless. The greek owner, Nicholas, is exactly like Spiros is described in the famous books of the Durrells in Corfu. He helped us with every detail. He even took care that a taxi-boat picked us up on the shore in front of the apartment to take us on our departure day to Paleocastritsa for a convenient price. I would love to come back again and spend my holidays in this wonderful corner of the world. Muchas gracias, Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Amazing Apartment with a good price. Perfect location. Super nice host.

The host was really nice, waited for use to come really late at night. Always making sure we have everything we need and always willing to help. Apartment with a Terrace and an amazing view. Near is Porto Timoni beach, which is one of the best places to see in Corfu, accesible also by foot! Definitly recommend this place further!
