We really loved our stay.

Excellent

There are few hotels left like this one. Dina and her sons are super attentive, educated and familiar. The apartment was in perfect condition, with its air, kitchen and cleaning impeccable. I need to highlight the dinner near the pool, they come with plenty of meal and are delicious. You can see the beach all the way from the room. I highly recommend this hotel if you come to Corfu.

lovely place to stay.

I really loved the food , it was very very good. In the evening , you can smell the grill its really nice. When i went to have some food there the pool was lit up and it was pretty and magical. It is very close to the beach and a shop called Tony's but also nice and quiet.

The only thing is that the mattress is slightly hard for our liking but they were new.

nice apartment in heart of the nature and close to the beach...

the location is good, if you want to stay near porto timoni... and the west side of the island. the pool is good for kids. its close to restaurants, beach and the supermarket. you can cook your own meals if you buy the ingredients. the owners are always there to help.

the wifi wasnt the best, had reception only in one bedroom... a small booklet with house rules, cleaning schedule, etc would be nice.

A fantastic, friendly and most beautiful setting.

Everything about this holiday was fantastic. The room was always cleaned and had fantastic air conditioning. The pool was excellent and essential during the extremely hot days we had. The Bar/Restaurant was always open for drinks and food and the local beach which was only a couple of hundred yards away was probably the best that I saw when travelling around the island. What really made our holiday was the friendliness of the owners of the property. They are such a lovely family and couldn't have done more for us if they tried. They made our whole stay with them so relaxing and fun and we will miss them as much as we miss being on holiday.

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay. Everything was just as we wanted and have no complaints at all.

Highly recommend

We had the loveliest stay at Akis. The couple who run Akis are so welcoming and friendly, they made our visit so extra special and were really helpful. It was our anniversary while we stayed and they left us a beautiful balloon arrangement and wine, was so thoughtful. The rooms were nice and clean, had everything you needed. The food at the place was delicious as well. And easy 2-min walk to the beach and local restaurants!

Perfect relaxing stay in paradise!

The host (Dina) was very nice and very accommodating, the villa is in such a nice location (right by the beach)! And the place is just stunning, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Perfect relaxing week in a tranquil location

Felt at home the moment we arrived. Met by Akis who showed us to our lovely ground floor studio apartment and showed us the basics. So nice to have the pool, bar and restaurant just a few metres from our room. Food was great and used it most days for lunch. Great traditional Greek dishes plus all the usual. So nice to pop out for a few drinks and then come back and sit round the pool and bar for a couple more before bed. Lovely strawberry daiquiris by Dina. Having a small supermarket just 100 metres from the property was a big bonus. We will go again as the beach and area in general is perfect for us and we would definitely stay at Akis again.

we loved everything, the location next to a pleasant, quiet bay, the rooms and the hosts of course. We will hopefully be back.

Exceptional

Mrs.Dina and her family are great hosts and very hardworking. She did everything to make our daughter comfortable while offering her an extra bed, preparing her homemade omelette, pancakes and chocolate soufflé. The food was delicious, fresh and healthy. The beach nearby was also very good and clean, and two-minutes walk from the property. We highly recommend this property for your summer vacation.

Low quality and bad standard for high money.

The location was great in close proximity to the beach and it was fairly quiet.If you are looking for a relax you will find it there.

Breakfast was POOR, limited, not diversified, really simple. Few slices of the same hum and white cheese plus feta cheese, stale bread however the worst fact was that the coffee didn't have a taste of coffee it was just the water with a drop of coffee to have a colour it with black. If you want to drink an espresso you have to pay for it 1,9Euro which is completely offered towards the clients. A good coffee should be served as the basis of the breakfast as this is the beginning of the day and Greek people need to comprehend it.It makes you cheerful and bring a good mood especially on holiday.Tea was NOT available. No shower gel and no soap in bathroom!A lot of ants in a room. Place remembers old 90'. Rusty dryer for clothes and rusty AC which I am totally surprised that was still operational. The room definitely needs a thorough refurbishment. The price was not adequate to the standard. The owners should revisit their expectations that are a way higher than what they are proposing to the guests which is low quality. Decrease the fee and increase the standards!

Excellent apartment in a lovely location (not for those who want a lot of nightlife). The family who run the apartments are really friendly and welcoming, they do their very best to make sure you enjoy your holiday, and have everything that you need. We will definitely be going there again and again.

Warm family atmosphere, great service

The hosts are wonderful. They are kind like good friends, and indeed, several of the other guests were returning customers. At the same time, they provide high quality service. Besides the apartments, they also run a small restaurant & pool bar. The food is delicious. There is a pool next to the restaurant area, a place of kids' fun and adults' chillout during the day, and a charming water fountain by night. All in all, we most appreciated the warm atmosphere of the place. Practical infos: the apartment has a small kitchen with basic equipment; each item is in good working condition. We had breakfast in the restaurant (the one included in the room price) but cooked dinner for ourselves several times. The cooking worked perfectly, though we never ventured to more complicated dishes than pasta. The beach is really very close and it is huuuuge, has space for everyone. There are sunbeds for rent, 8 eur for one parasol & two beds for one day. The water is calm, amazing for long swims. The beach is a mix of sand and pebbles, no clams or sea urchins. It gets deep quickly. Hike tip: Angelocastro, best done early morning.

Lovely little family run villa, would do anything for you. Lovely fresh cooked meals. Rooms very spacious and clean. Lovely little pool and lounging area. Only a 5 min walk to beach & nearest shop & ATM

Great value apartments clean and in a good location for the beach

The double bed apartment was booked only a week before and was very good value in October maybe because of poor weather it was fine as a small apartment with the fridge and everything you need and quiet I liked having my own ground floor balcony just a couple of minutes walk from the lovely Sandy Agios gordios beach that was a nice little pool .. but sure to rainy weather I couldn't use it as it was cold weather in October the little cafe offered food but I didn't buy any as I was self catering

It was a bit difficult pulling my suitcase up the steep slope when I was leaving due to heavy storms in corfu the satellite TV was not working I don't think this is a local problem the whole island was affected with telephone outages as well. there were some ants coming into the room under the balcony door due to the Rain NZ but when I pointed this out the cleaner help fully sealed it with some sealant problem solved

Very nice host, great location close to the beach.

Old bathrom with destroyed facilities, kitchen not for cooking - no place to prepare meals, very unconfortable chairs on the patio, poor quiality pilows. No basic dishwashing equipment, no soap.
