About this house rental
Maisonette close to the village, but off the beaten track. Feet in the water and facing West for sunset.

The situation: as if we were alone in the world, while being close to the town.
10 minutes walk from the village!
The house has two rooms, IN SEASIDE, and a splendid garden of 1500 m2.
Located to the west of the island, it will offer you the possibility of splendid shows of sunsets. During the day, you just have to push the gate overlooking the beach to swim, go for long walks along the coast at low tide or fish on foot if you feel like it, paying attention to schedules tides of course.
In absolute calm, it is invisible from the eyes because nestled at the end of a large enchanting garden planted with many species: Palm trees, lavender, olive trees, rosemary, agapanthus, oleanders, cordylines ...
Outside :
It has two terraces that allow to take all meals outside facing the sea or sheltered from the wind. Extending, swing, rock gardens, deckchairs, table and outdoor chairs. Herbs to pick for cooking: rosemary, sage, mint.
Inside :
The 28m2 are divided into two rooms. A bedroom and a living room with a small kitchen.
In the bedroom, the bed is double, bedding quality and new, door window on the garden. A shower is attached.
In the living room, a sofa bed for one person (bed frame and mattress quality, new) serves as a sofa and turns into sleeping in the blink of an eye.
