About this house rental
Our house, nestled on the heights, not far from the village of St Victor de Malcap, is located in a green and quiet area; it offers a splendid view of the valley.
Located along the small road leading to the village, with no close neighbors, Le Manse boasts for a relaxing tranquility and its fenced garden allows children to walk and play safely.
Garden chairs enable you to relax and chill, while the youngest (or not) can have fun in the pool, (10 * 7m) or play ping-pong.
The large garden allows to settle down comfortably, in the shade or the sun, and to enjoy a magnificent view on the valley and the ‘Mont Bouquet’.
The covered terrace and the gas barbecue (no coal for security reasons) are at your disposal for pleasant moments and meals with family or friends.
The house, with no stairs (except 1 step to the corridor of 4 bedrooms) is composed of a spacious living and dining room - an open kitchen, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, and 5 bedrooms.
It can accommodate up to 10 people. Ideal for holidays with friends, or with several families.
The manse is equipped with electric heating for colder days.
The garden of 32 ares is fenced and equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs, gas BBQ, swimming pool (private, fenced, 10x7m., Open from May until the end of September), petanque, ping-pong table.
Saint Victor de Malcap is a small village of 554 inhabitants located in the valley of Cèze, between Barjac, ranked among the most beautiful villages of France and Saint Ambroix.
The area is ideal for walks, swimming in the Cèze and its waterfalls, and cultural visits. A multitude of small villages such as Montclus, Barjac, La Roque sur Cèze and more important cities, Nîmes, Arles, Avignon, are to be discovered at maximum 1h30 drive.
If you are found of sports, you are not forgotten either: the area is particularly popular with cyclists and hikers and kayaking is a fun attraction to do with children.
