Overrated + Overpriced
Good location, only three blocks to a nice beach, and short drive to lots of shopping and dining.
The house is very old, remodeled many times, and showing its age: soft spots in the bathroom floor, finicky wall heaters, steep stairway with no railing, backyard fence on the verge of collapse, etc. If we had paid $150 or $200 per night, I wouldn't complain, but this stay was $350 per night. We could have stayed at Salishan, a nearby luxury resort, for half that. But, we were travelling with a dog, and wanted the fenced back yard. So, basically, we paid about $300 for our dog. :-(

Was a great way to experience the beach in a quiet little town, but close enough to Lincoln City.
Cute location that was perfect to accomodate our family of four plus a dog.
We were only left with one roll of toilet paper, so had to purchase some. And there were some super large dog poops left in the yard. We were sure to pick our after our little 20 lb. dog!
