About this house rental
Welcome to the heart of Ocean View, DE - “the quiet resort”! This beautiful rancher style home is less than 2 miles from Bethany Beach, 13 miles from Rehoboth Beach and 14 miles from Ocean City, MD. Your next vacation or beach getaway home is fully furnished with central HVAC, 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and an outside shower! After a day at the beach or outdoors, relax in the comfort of the main living room while watching tv, reading a book, playing board games, or connect to WIFI to FaceTime loved ones. In the meantime, the kids can enjoy their own private hangout area. The full kitchen has an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a dinning room set. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, and laundry sink. The property is just under an acre with plenty of room for families to spend quality time outside on the back porch, front patio, or volleyball court. In the evenings, enjoy a fire pit while listening to music or gazing at the stars. You are minutes away from exploring all of the best attractions (Ecological James farm is a half mile away, John West park is a block away). Get the family active and go for a walk, run, bike ride to the beach, or pack the car and visit the State park beaches. A rainy day won’t stop your fun, you can head northbound to Dewey or Rehoboth and enjoy local or fine dining and Tanger outlets. Or for more entertainment, head southbound to Fenwick Island, DE then Ocean City, MD or Assateague Island to check some wild horses.

The house as exactly what we needed. Close to stores and beaches but away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen was fully loaded with enough space for my family of 7 to stretch out. It was ageeat weekend and we look forward to returning!

Lovely little house with a great yard and close to many beaches. Also, there’s a Brewery at the top of the street. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great house and property as always. We are always pleasantly surprised to find new upgrades when we arrive. The hosts are inviting, friendly, and helpful. I couldn't give a higher recommendation.

Incredibly friendly and helpful owners. This was our second vacation staying here and we will definitely book again. It's a great location, it's clean and it suits our needs perfectly. I couldn't recommend them enough.
