We stayed in Unit S309. Everything was beautifully decorated & spotless. View from the huge balcony was gorgeous. Check in at Garden City Realty went smoothly & Staff were on duty at Crescent Shores to guide us with unloading & parking. We usually have to hunt for a cart to use for our luggage, but there was an abundance of carts & shopping carts. Was a welcome relief after a rough day of travel to have everything go so well from actual check in to sitting & enjoying the beautiful ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

This well laid out and equipped 2 bedroom unit was just what we asked for! The views are utterly amazing! Would live to live here full-time….will definitely be back!

The unit itself was beautiful and clean. However, I was disappointed with the whole vibe of the property, parking,and the unsafe walking conditions of the floor going to the unit. The surface was buckled and I nearly tripped twice. One night as we were returning to the unit we saw cockroaches on the walls leading to the unit. We chose Crescent Shores because we were seriously considering buying a unit there. I’m so glad I stayed and checked out this property. We actually cancelled the appointment we made to tour the unit. NO thank you‼️I’m very happy to say we did found another Condo,
